bad communication skillsVery bad. My thumbs were longer than the rest of my nails and I had to correct on her because she put the thinnest and I do mean the thinnest layer of acrylic on my nails I ever seen in my years of getting my nails doneI asked for pink acrylic not whiteShe kept insisting I changed my mind from French tip so she could go home I presume. (I eventually changed my mind because she was making me anxious)While cutting the tip forms for my shape she nipped my index finger with the nail clippers which I hadn’t noticed until today because I felt it sting .usually they use mini scissors for control and precision purpose not nail clippers and I thought that was odd when I saw it but I digress.She was growing frustrated with me but I swear I was trying to see her through hoping she might redeem the set.I wasn’t nearly as corrective as I should’ve been iam to blame for thatThey were not even and they were Not straight. They were not cleanIam not posting this to be mean. Iam posting this bc a place this pretty and eye catching.and I don’t want people making the mistake i did.

I was in Chicago for a business trip and decided to get my nails done. I booked with Jessie, as I read a few reviews featuring her and it did not disappoint. It was great! She was quick and knew what she was doing.

i love this place, i went in for a gel-x set and got a super cute frog design and then went back in recently to get the nails removed after a few weeks. super kind staff, great design, i’m only doing 4 stars bc when i did get the set on and was getting my cuticles done i had multiple cuts and it was kind of painful but otherwise the experience was nice, i got many compliments, and will (and have) recommend this place.

Ba is wonderful. He’s very gentle with you and never rushes through your service. He aims to please at every single visit. He makes sure you’re happy before you walk out that door. I always get my nails done by him when I go. The front desk is always so courteous and professional, as well.

10/10! Bedazzled is the best nail salon I've been to in Chicago. They have the biggest selection of colors for regular, no chip, and dip polishes, and the salon itself is so chic. I've had manicures and pedicures with multiple staff members, and it's consistently great work. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience I’ve been coming here for 2 years the nail tech broke my nail the pedicure wasn’t great either she kept saying she gave me a massage and she didn’t she only put oil on my toes. This is how my nails turned out I’m sad because this was my go to place and need to find a new place now. Almost extremely dirty station

I like this place! I've been a handful of times. It can use a good cleaning of the dusty vents and a better filtration system, if you're sensitive person to fumes, this may not be the place for you. But otherwise the services were great and fairly priced for Downtown Chicago.

This review is about the salon, but most importantly about my man TOM! I’ve followed Tom over 3 locations and happy to see him at Bedazzled. This place is so cute, clean, and tons of color options. Tom is extremely patient, detail oriented, talented with designs, and will give his opinion on what would look better. He’s always friendly and kind. Love bedazzled and love Tom!

Had a great pedicure and acrylic fill while in town for work. There was some confusion as to who I booked with based on their booking system, but I had Tiffany for a pedicure and Bee for nails and they both did a fantastic job! If I lived closer, I’d be a regular.
