Extremely unprofessional cleaner. I went in with a friend to get their coat mended, about one inch worth of work to attach the bottom of the zipper back onto the coat. After the repair and after the coat was brought home, the work done was very amateur and looked like it was hardly connecting the two pieces of fabric together.
We decided to return to the cleaners and ask for a refund because the repair was just really bad. The woman working the counter was very rude and became very defensive. She gave the refund but decided she would 'undo' the work that was done, and she went to town with the fabric ripper. She proceeded to cut almost a full six inches of thread from the damaged area and then began to rip up the inner lining of the coat as well. This extremely rude and unprofessional worker WILLFULLY damaged my friend's property.
Upon calling the owner the next day, she couldn't care less about her employee's actions and said we were free to go anywhere else to have the work done. Looking at some of the other negative reviews that seems to be a running theme. Take your business somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Very expensive there are other cheaper options and better service they charge $35 for any jacket I do not recommend this business very expensive

They are not experts in anything that is said here, I brought my daughter's graduation dress, it was new, brought from Mexico and it was wrinkled, I took it there to have it ironed and they ruined it, they told me to complain where I bought it, I'm sure The dress was good and they ruined it for me and that was their excuse for not doing anything because we were thieves, apart from carers, they charged me $30 dollars for ruining it. I don't recommend it to anyone. For nothing, this place deserves 0 stars. I comment from my own experience.

I brought a silk dress to this place and they burned it. The lady was super rude and didn't apologize. The only reason I came to this place was to support the community. My dress cost $300 and I was going to wear it to the wedding. of my daughter and lastly I have to look for another

They don't deserve a star, they don't know what they're doing, they burned my goddaughter's dress. I don't recommend them. There are more places and better quality service and they don't charge that much.

Good service and reasonable prices for not doing your own clothes at home. Never have gotten any clothes burned because if you are educated in dry-cleaning you know the service is done by steam not irons. Irons are what we use at home when we DIY and those will burn your clothes if you don't know what you're doing.

THE WORST. I took some suits for dry cleaning, alterations and small repairs. They either damaged them further or didn’t even work on them. Dry clean was mediocre at best. When confronted, the manager (an elderly woman), just told me to go find another place to take my business. You should definitely take her advice. See some pictures for reference below.

Service was pretty quick but didn't listen to instructions at all. I asked for light starch and my dress shirts are as hard as a rock. Took my suit in for stain removal and did absolutely nothing to it. Threw it in dry cleaning and took it back but there was not a single person who touched that suit and put in effort in removing the stain. Disappointed overall, much better dry cleaners with better pricing elsewhere.
