i purchased a 2022 infinity qx50 that cost $45000! couple of days later i saw the driver side floor mat was missing, so i called the sales guy who sold me the vehicle and he said he would take care of it. soon after i saw an open space in the front of the vehicle, it was missing a covering for the trailer hitch, i think. i called the sales guy about the issue and he said he will get it taken care of. you're wondering why i didn't see these things in the initial purchase it was late, dark and i was tired. needless to say, these issues have not been taken care of a month later!!!! you would think if you're spending 45k you should get quality service. if i have to get these items on my own, they will never get my business again!!! once they got your money all bets are off!!!!

My Rouge was due for an oil change, tire rotation, & a basic checkup. I scheduled an early 7:15am appointment & it was already busy there with several cars. I thought it may take a long time butthe service rep told me they had the whole mechanic crew & my car would be ready in 90min to 2hrs. I sat in the waiting room & listened to my podcasts & read a book to pass the time. Also, I had a (free!) French Vanilla Latte. It was hot but delicious. By 8:45am, I got a text that my car was ready. The car was cleaned up & looked as good as new. I paid the bill & was out of there before 9am. The service was quick & efficient. I was glad I could enjoy the rest of the day.

Berman is a great place for car shopping. I want to shout out Steve Torres, our sales man in particular. He listened to what we wanted and showed the SUV class we wanted. He even worked to get us the most competitive price possible. Overall a great experience, good stock of cars to view/test drive. And the location is super clean and convenient to boot.

Very dishonest dealership. If I could put zero, I would. They said they were going to honor a $10,000 car trade in certificate they gave me, but then 2 minutes later, they came back and said they are not honoring their own offer. When asked what invoice price was for vehicle, I was told, that they didn't even know what that means. I'm never dealing with Berman again. As a matter of fact, I will never buy another Nissan.

I did not end up buying a car from this dealer as I found something that fit my needs better, but I did want to acknowledge that Mike Godlewski was professional, personable, and I will definitely keep him in mind when I eventually need to get another car. I'm a woman who was in the car market for the first time on my own. Mike was taking a break outside when I pulled in but he still smiled and waved which made me notice right away he cares about service - at that point he did not know we had been corresponding online. We test drove a used Nissan Versa, and he worked with me to make sure I got to test drive it on the interstate and backing up into a spot. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review has nothing to do with Mike, but with Berman luring me in with a seemingly fair out the door price and APR rates listed on the website before adding a $499 "SecureScan" fee and accessory charges onto the total price. If you check an earlier review - you can see examples of what I mean. I will say the listed price of the used car itself was competitive and the Carfax was solid when I independently researched it, so it was nice they didn't bloat the cost of the car itself. We weren't able to come to terms on the APR and trade in, so I ended up leaving to see if I could get prequalified for a lower rate (which I did). So I didn't have a chance to start negotiating off those fees and accessories. I think they would have worked with me on them though. I'd advise anyone in the market for a car to do your own research and come in with plenty of information to get a fair price. I do think Berman is worth your while, and Mike did me solid in terms of making what is often an excruciating experience bearable and relaxed. He didn't talk over me or get pushy, so if you are nervous about that type of experience ask for him.

I went in with my eyes set on a used Sentra I saw online. Thankfully, Cesar was the sales rep who assisted us. He was great! He showed us several different cars, which made my decision tough, but he was super knowledgeable and patient with me and my dad. This was my first big girl purchase and Cesar made the long process super enjoyable and we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Thank you, Cesar!

Horrible place to deal with huge con artist. Management is nasty and disgusting disrespectful to everyone. They mess with prices and jack up once you get to the dealer . Do not deal with any berman dealer they mess with car fax and paint cars to make it look like nothing happened. From managers to sales they are crooks and lie through their teeth. Be aware of this place do NOT deal with them . They harasses you and talk shit thinking they can get away with it . Upper management doesn't care and never responds to complaints. STAY AWAY FROM ANY BEEMAN BRAND . Thieves thieves thieves .

Loved Carlos Valenzuela. He’s so nice and knowledgeable about the car I purchased and the Nissan brand in general. He really sold me on a car I wasn’t so sure about and all of the Nissan models. Carlos provided such wonderful customer service! We are very happy with our experience. Shopped around 3 different dealers but at the end decided to buy at Berman Nissan. They have a good sales team and the finance manager was awesome. Carlos was very patient, kind and respectful.
