I got a new Crosstrek today and Madison was my salesperson. She was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns and limits, and made what is a very stressful process much easier.I'm not a fan of many hard-selling sales people, and I felt much more at ease with Madison. She worked with me to find the right combination of features, costs and outcomes! I recommend her very highly.

Once again Berman service came to the rescue. My rear / trunk window shattered into a million pieces. Berman service department was able to give me an approximate cost to repair, met and walked me to the service parts department. Got the new window with defogger/deicer and window wiper blades ordered.I checked another glass shop. Price much better. The problem with your generic glass shops is that the price doesn't reflect all the features of the window such as the defogger de-icer. I'll stick with a Subaru dealer.

I made an appointment with Berman Subaru to have a battery issue checked after my son moved to Chicago. The online scheduling was very easy to use, and when I had to reschedule, a quick phone call was all it took. My service advisor, Chuck, was extremely knowledgeable about all things Subaru, and updated me with all necessary information. Chuck also recommended an excellent breakfast place to me- going above and beyond in his customer service. I will highly recommend Berman Subaru to my friends and family. Thank you!

I always get great service at Berman Subaru, all the staff seems to be very knowledgeable about the cars and always know how to take care of you. I’ve worked with Chuck a few times now and he’s just great, he always makes sure that I have everything I need and gives me the best options and choices that can work for me. It is always fantastic to work with someone who is friendly and patient.

Had a great experience buying an used Subaru from here. The pricing was fair compared to what other dealers have been charging. Also they don’t tack on unwanted dealer charges or fees.They do pre inspection on their used cars and also share the inspection results with the customers. They try to fix any issues that come up during their inspection process. This definitely helps used car buyers.Genaro from their sales team was the one who helped me with the purchase. He was super friendly and assisted through the entire buying process like a breeze.If you are looking for used Subaru, this is a good place to start with.

I highly recommend Berman Subaru. I've bought two vehicles from them over the past several years and both experiences have been great. They are no pressure, friendly, and the entire sales experience was easy and smooth. This is the only Subaru dealership I would ever go to.

I had a very positive experience at Berman Subaru! Jorge our sales associate was terrific! He took his time explaining everything and answering our many questions. Tony the manager was informative and worked hard to secure my loan. Mary Lou patiently explained all the required paperwork. Berman Subaru of Chicago is the the Eighth Circle of Hell. It might as well be called Malebolge Subaru of Chicago. Talk to any of the service employees there and you will understand why.

I moved to Illinois this summer from Kentucky. I visited this Subaru office with no appointment because I wanted to get a front bracket license plate holder installed. The staff were amazing! In addition, they have a great waiting area with plenty of snacks and a fabulous LavAzza Machine. Prices are super reasonable.

So an update to below;I informed them that per my CPO paperwork there should be no chips or cracks in the windshield. After I sent this to them I got an answer from Tony Cook, pre-owned Inventory manager, saying of course they will replace my windshield bc it's in the driver side and they want me to be happy with my car. They didn't care before about it being in the driver side. I also e-mailed him asking about a second key bc per it being a CPO it should have a second key. Never got a response. When I got the paperwork from the service department to pick up my care it said that my blind spot monitoring in the rear was replaced due to it having a previous accident. This was not disclosed in the carfax. This dealership seems very shady and I would not ever return.1) I first gave 5 stars bc Alex was nice. My alignment was off and there was a chip in the windshield driver side. They said they would fix as part of be buying the car, a CPO. Also after bringing car home I noticed the blind spot monitoring was not working and the wires on the rear view mirror were showing. They spoke with the manager, they did fix the blind spot monitoring but said they will not fix the wires showing. They did fix the alignment but said the windshield was previously repaired and will not spread so they are leaving that as is. This is frustrating bc it is deep and on drivers side. I wouldn't expect a certified pre-owned to have these issues. It is only a couple years old and I still spend a decent amount of money on the car. I would not go back here for business in the future.

Definitely would steer clear from this dealer and service location. I have tried time and time again with their service department and have always regretted it. Down to the quality of service i get done on my car, to the overall customer service, especially from their service manager Sardor. He definitely treated me with no respect and lacked compassion. Tried to reach out to their general manager, Brian, left voicemail and never heard back. Recommended my brother to Countryside, where they assisted him in his WRX purchase. Now my husband is looking to buy another Subaru and we would have loved to get it at Berman for the convenience, but now refuse to give them out service so will be purchasing at another location.

Had a great experience with Lonnie and the team at Berman Subaru! When I had a break concern at 8 pm, they got me in the NEXT MORNING, checked over my car, AND fit me in for an oil change. Personable and friendly service with a great price. I will definitely be back and would recommend! :)
