I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't really have another way to get in contact with Berries Chicago besides disputing the charge on my credit card. I placed an order online for pickup in July, but they weren't open at that time so I am not sure why I was allowed to order it for pickup. Then I asked for a refund and I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. I have called, messaged on instagram, emailed multiple times. I just want my $50 back please

Absolutely amazing! I've ordered two breakable hearts from here and they are stunning! Also, the girl who makes them is such a sweet heart! I will order again on the next holiday! My daughter and I are obsessed with them!

I ordered a smash chocolate heart. Girlfriend loved it. Very friendly staff. They actually accommodate my order for next day pick up without charging extra fees and the delivery was on time. Will be buying again for sure.

The chocolate covered strawberries are so delicious and the presentation is so attractive. The owner was so accommodating and a total delight with work with. I will definitely try some of their other products as the ???? and ? are so yummy!

Edit: updated to 5/5 based on the owners reply. Seems like they care a lot about making things right. I wasn’t aware they asked if the delayed delivery was okay which is also why I updated to 5/5. Will be coming back for another order in the future.Next day delivery was amazing, arrangement was beautiful and fun. Only reason for 4/5 stars was delivery was outside of time window and there was a spelling error on the breakable heart which is the main point of the product.

If I could rate Berries Chicago a million stars, I would! I am from Chicago but now live out of state and wanted to surprise my best friend just because. I couldn't place my order on the website for some reason, so I sent them an email. Right away I received a response and was kept up to date every step of the way -- including delivery status! The berries looked gorgeous and my friend was thrilled. I have never seen a more beautiful arrangement! Thank you so much!

My husband placed an order from this place on 2/4 for my birthday (2/13) day, and not only did we never receive our product, but we were promised something extra for the delay. Valentine's day came and went with no contact from the vendor; we had to reach out ourselves and it took a few back-to-back calls to get ahold of someone. When we did get in contact, we were hung up on multiples times, and the person on the phone pretended to not remember us even though we had been on the call seconds beforehand. We initially didn't receive our full refund and had to do a charge-back claim to get a full refund.This place is a total scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Placed an order last minute to Nebraska and needed it to be here the next day. Order arrived perfectly in the morning and the customer service was super friendly. Definitely recommend Berries Chicago.

February 4th I placed my order to be prepared and delivered sometime between 1 PM - 3 PM on February 13th.Well, on February 13th, I received nothing. I called at around 3:30 PM to see what was up, and the person that answered the phone sounded pretty stressed out. He said that the delivery driver made a huge mistake and my order had been delivered to the wrong address. I was like, okay, no big deal, mistakes happen. I'm patient. I don't raise my voice at customer service people - I seriously have worked in food service my whole life. Like, I get it, stuff happens!I was offered a new plan - my order would be prepared and dropped off later that day on February 13th. I was available the whole day - I wouldn't even care if it came super late. I just wanted this arrangement for my husband's birthday.Well, that evening, I get a call saying that the fruit they have received was just not top quality, and they wanted to make sure I received a good product. Honestly, at this point I was still understanding. Like, I get it. Valentine's Day was the next day. I figured they were probably swamped.New solution offered: They would deliver the product on February 14th, sometime in the morning, and include a little something extra as a "sorry". I was fine with this....Well, the morning came and went and I received no call or communication as to what was up. I called and long story short, they said that they were still making it and it would get to me by 7 PM. Okay. Fine. I'm patient.Yeah, you guessed it. 7 PM came. Nothing. No phone call or communication throughout the day either. Please keep in mind I had to call SEVERAL TIMES to ask what was up. I only received a phone call from them once. Why do I have to keep calling? Where is the communication here?Not to mention, several of those calls went to voicemail, or just weren't picked up. And no, I couldn't leave a voicemail. The box was full.I get in contact with someone at 7:30 (the same guy who hasn't told me his name or anything). He said: Uh oh! We don't have your order! Can we have ANOTHER day to work on it?I placed the order on the 4th - WAY ahead of time - since I knew it would be a busy time. My husband's birthday came and went. Valentine's came and went. At this point I'm tired and just want a refund.I ask for a refund, and I'm put on hold, HUNG UP ON, and had to call back three times to make sure I actually GOT a refund. And then when I got the refund - it was partial. The delivery fee and tip were not refunded. I didn't receive anything - why didn't I get a full refund? No, you don't get to keep the tip and delivery fee. I didn't receive ANYTHING.This was a huge bummer and disappointment. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.No, you can't make it up to me. Sorry to say this. I just hope in the future things are better for you guys. Bye.
