This bank has changed from a good bank with personable staff to something else. They are not able to be accountable for odd decisions they make with my money. Any explanation is out of the "corporate-speak" handbook. Where did all those great former employees go? So much turn-over.

Been banking here as long as I can remember. Beverly Bank used to be the best bank in the Chicagoland area, but has gone down hill with their services. It seems that every time you go in to talk to someone at the bank you end up waiting longer than you should. If you don't go right when they open expect to wait to talk to somebody.

Great customer service no concerns. If you needed to cash coins, they have a self serve machine you can use for the free. It will give you a receipt and you take it to the teller and they'll cash it.

Always a long wait even when it is not busy. Today I asked a teller if they had a coin counter and they gave me the "one minute" finger. They were processing some drive up transactions. I understand the need to have privacy from a transaction. Which is why I did not walk up to the teller window, I simply asked. After 9 minutes of waiting for them to finish all the transactions they signaled for me to walk up. I asked my question again, they said yes by the front door. Cool so I just wasted all that time waiting when I could have been filling out my deposits and doing my business. Smh ridiculous.

I would like to thank all the Wintrust branches for such nice and professional service. There is not a better bank than Wintrust. I spread Wintrust everywhere I go. Thank you all. You are the best.

My grandmother had dementia and wintrust bank will not accept a power of attorney or doctors note so i can help her to pay her bill with online banking. Wintrust bank will not allow her to access her fund to take care her self. My family had been denied from this bank even tho my family has all the documents because my family open online banking to help her pay her bills so nothing will be late. The bank branch manager is unprofessional.

Been banking for a couple years and the bad definitely outweighs the good. From the service to the the account management is poor. Latest experience, I have been getting empty promises, the run around and inaccurate information over a simple replacement card. Even after being approved by a bank supervisor for a replacement with $10fee, I was denied a card today and was told I have to wait 3 months for request a new one. By then my family’s and I deposits will be elsewhere.

This place was extremely unprofessional. A teller took a break with several car in the drive through lane and multiple customers inside. After standing in line for 15 mins the teller wants to verify a minor withdrawal. On top of all this the ignorant unprofessional Latina woman gets attitude with me and tells me to leave. I have been banking with Wintrust for almost two years and this was my worst experience yet. Terrible service!!!!!

Worst bank I’ve ever been to refused to print me a new card claims that I’ve had too many I replaced the cards a few times due to me not being able to see the numbers and it’s been times I wanted to exchange money for big bills to reduce bulk and still denied I’m considering taking my money else where.

FIVE STARS BECAUSE THIS BANK HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BEAUTIFUL BANK SINCE THE 1970’S WHEN SEVERAL OF MY CLASSMATES FROM HIGH SCHOOL HAD ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL WHILE I HAD TO RESOLVE A ISSUES WITH THE BANK THEY ARE NOW AFFILIATED WITH - WINTRUST BANK. IT IS ASHAME THEY ARE NOT STILL UNDER THEIR OWN NAME BUT ARE OWNED BY THE WINTRUST NAME BECAUSE THAT BANK IS DEAD TO ME!!! DONT BANK AT ANY OF THE WINTRUST NAMED BANKS THEY ARE NOT A NICE GROUP OF PEOPLE BUT BEVERLY BANK MIGHT STILL BE HALF WAY DECENT BANK.

Excellent customer service from Sandy/Sandra today! Last month, I also used the drive thru to make a monthly payment; Sandy educated me on a point of business on this loan. This morning, I had the pleasure of having Sandy as my teller again; and once again she provided excellent customer service! Beverly Bank is lucky to have her.

Opened my account in june 2022. I was suppose to get the $300 promotional bonus for opening the account. Ive done everything i was suppose to do, and now I'm getting the run around about the bonus. This is bad business practice.

Excellent bank! I've dealt with Ed Houlihan in regards to loans. He is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful with A+ customer service! Never had an issue with other branch bankers either. Top notch Personal service which is a rarity nowadays.

I have been with this bank for over 10 years, overall I have had a good experience with them until recently. I ordered a new debit card and waited two weeks for it to arrive, it never came. I called the bank to see why and was told it was sent to an old address which didn’t make sense at all because I switched my address and the bank had been sending me correspondence to my new address. I then asked for another card to be mailed to me but expedited since this situation is not my fault. After 20 mins on hold I was told it would be expedited but it will take an ENTIRE WEEK and it would be a lot quicker if I just come in and picked the card up. I explained to the teller the reason for not being able to pick it up and that it defeats the purpose of waiting TWO WEEKS initially. If they really wanted to resolve the issue it would have been expedited to overnight or at least two days. A week is standard time which lets me know they are lying and never planned to expedite the card even though it was their mistake. It’s so upsetting and inconsiderate of the customer.
