I shipped four bags in February 2019. After four months delay the most valuable things that I had in bags were missing . No any attempt to refund . Very disappointed. Bad service .

Shipped 2 packages back in March using their services, was told 8 weeks for delivery. After not hearing about delay for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, I was told another four weeks for delivery. So we are in July now and no explanation what to expect as no one has called to try to schedule a delivery and office staff is not answering the phones. Tried calling last week and current week- no luck. Not sure what to expect at this point. Would be nice to get a call back!
