There is no water from the faucet at the sink to wash your hands. I asked the attendant. She said the owner doesn't want to pay for the water for customers to wash their hands. This the ONLY laundromat that does this. Need a key to wash hands in the bathroom. Attendant does like to open the bathroom for you. AND half the machines are out of order too.

9$ for nothing ... It's the third time I'm coming here and even if I select hot water for the washing machine all I get is just a bit warm water ... Not worth it waste of money !

So rude. The lady with orange hair began grabbing my cart after I still had belongings in there and told me “those are meant to be put outside”. If this is a public laundromat, shouldn’t all the carts be utilized? I had a lot of laundry hence why I didn’t use the small cart. Then I politely asked if there was any way to get my quarter out because it went in the wrong dryer and she rudely told me to move my clothes up. Don’t waste your money here. Poor service and not a free dry laundromat anymore. This used to be a very pleasant laundromat but it no longer upholds that reputation. I felt that she had an annoyed tone at me which felt disrespectful.

Posted hours are wrong. Sign says it's open until midnight but at 11pm the attendant told me that they had closed. I mentioned the sign said midnight yet they said that if there are not a lot of people that they will just close early without warning even if you are still washing. The attendant told me to leave even with my clothes still in the dryer before midnight. I left at 11:50 and I'll never come back.

I came about 9:30pm on a Sunday, not realizing they close at 11pm. The lady waited for my load to finish drying 30 minutes past closing time. She was very kind and very understanding. She didn't rush me out either when she very well could have. Thank you so so so much!

I don't understand why they clean the filter when there are many people doing laundry in the morning time, don't you know that the dust from the dryer can cause respiratory and lung problems? and the man who does this doesn’t care about him around. he hits those who block his way, didn't his salary come from us, your customers?

I had the worst experience ever with an employee named Maria. Not only is she rude and slow, she told me I could use the restroom since she hadn't cleaned it yet. If she had, she wouldn't had let me in. This made me feel like the restroom was unsanitary and not had been cleaned in a while. She always talks to customers with attitude and leaves us hanging until the last minute.

The lady that works in the morning, I think her name is Rosa is awful she smells like straight alcohol when she passes by and is so rude when you ask her for anything even when that's her job. Never coming back when she is there!!!
