Good luxury clothing store with a great shopping experience. The staff was very helpful without trying to push things on you. I tried on several pieces before my final selection and they were there throughout to help to find the perfect style and fit.

I’ve been a longtime customer and fan of Billy Reid’s clothing, styling and aesthetic. The team that works the Chicago store is top notch and professional—although there has been turnover of some great sales professionals in the five years I’ve shopped here, you will be treated well by a team who knows clothing and the Billy Reid brand.
When I’ve had issues with clothing (which has only happened once), Tyrone took care of me and was able to get the store’s tailor to make a beautiful repair…making the shirt look as-new.
This is a great brand for both men and women ,and it’s a wonderful store. Give them a try—you’ll likely become a fan as well.

Who doesn't love a drink while they shop? I do! Especially when it's water & not in a little cup!! This place is the hidden-gem of mens fashion, it is pricy but when have you ever not paid the price for something worth having? The two gentleman that helped me were not invasive or aggresive, they just let me shop and mind my business while checking-in to see if I needed any help. I dress plain but I like nice things, so happy I was able to get a dover sweatshirt and can't wait to wear it out.

We stopped in today and William helped us out. He took us around the store (the space and decor was amazing by the way) and showed us some great pieces and was very knowledgeable about the brand. He even offered us some refreshments during our experience. I definitely recommend shopping here!

My boyfriend came in looking for a simple longcoat and it seemed as if the employees were judging him because he wasn't wearing formal clothes. They also didn't offer any refreshments when the couple that came after him got offered refreshments. Terrible service!

Ask for Victor! My fiance and I had an incredible experience at Billy Reid Chicago shopping for our wedding weekend and honeymoon. Victor hosted our entire family in the store, was incredibly helpful, and made it fun for everyone. He did alterations in-house and shipped everything back to Seattle with a nice note. Didn't know retail could be this easy and enjoyable. Thanks, Victor!

Love this place! I had heard they would take in your faded black clothing and dye it back to its deep black glory... and they do! They charge by the pound, $12. I brought in 3 pairs of trousers and a jacket.

Nice people, cozy place to try on thoughtfully designed pieces. Expensive as a dress shirt can easily retail for $200, but you can find great pieces on sale. It's a well-deserved breath of fresh air from the clusterf- that is Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, etc.

Excellent mens shop for distinct pieces to add to your wardrobe! Sales staff know Billy's clothing line and work well with clientele to find items that you are looking for and some items that surprise you, also! Jake takes the time to get to know your style and goes beyond general sales/serivice! I had an issue with one of Billy's parkas and Jake had a repair completed and an alteration that worked well! Paul & Richard, also, great guys on staff there! Great job, Billy!
