The owner of BioLife, Ewa, has completely transformed my skin. I first started coming here in December 2022 with significant acne and scarring. I found the spa because I already loved Eminence products. Ewa revamped my skincare routine and put me on a schedule with regular microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and microneedling sessions. Now after 2 years of fairly regular visits, my scars have significantly reduced, and I only get a random pimple here and there around my period, instead of the regular breakouts I previously experienced. Her work has improved my skin, my skincare habits, and my confidence. In the past year, Ewa expanded the spa with more space and additional services, and she has even released her own line of skincare. Ewa has an impressive understanding of skincare and uses the highest quality technology and products. Especially now with so many internet skincare "trends" and cheap medspas, you can't trust just anyone with this work, especially with services like microneedling. I recommend you put your trust in her specialized expertise so you can actually meet your skincare goals.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever i go there for my treatment the entire staff is just so nice and knowledgeable. From the first time i walked in there for a consultation i felt very comfortable with the facility and their treatments.
I’m very satisfied with the facial treatment. My face is now fresh and clean and I am relaxed.
I highly recommend without hesitation.

Additionally, the owners of the spa are extremely kind and welcoming. Their warm and friendly demeanor is sure to make every visitor feel right at home.

Ewa is amazing! My skin always looks amazing after. I was recommended by a friend and I love it! She explains the services and makes sure you understand the treatment. She also does not push Botox which I love! And gives you options for long term improvements.

Best Yumi lash lift and eyebrow lamination in the city - been coming for the last 2 years. I’ve lived in LA, London and NYC and have been doing lash lifts for the last 7 years and no one is better than Ewa and her staff! Truly cannot recommend this place enough.

I’ve been getting monthly facials from Ewa for 9 years. She always knows exactly what my skin needs and gives the most relaxing facials! I’ve also gotten eye brow tints, microdermabrasion, eyebrow microblading, lash lifts, hydrafacials, and microneedling, among other services, and have always been extremely satisfied with the results.

I recently had a disastrous lash lift that flipped back into my lids. I looked ridiculous and called her the following day to try to talk about what happened. She told me the SHE thought it looked fine and that I was happy when I left -that I didn't know what I was talking about. (When I was leaving, I couldn't clearly see the results because my vision was blurry as my lids were covered in glue and tint "that would fall off"). She informed me that if I was unhappy the only thing she would do is undo it so I would have "super straight" lashes again. I don't have super-straight lashes. They were over-permed into a tight coil while she flitted around the salon on the phone leaving me alone in a room for nearly an hour. Ewa was only concerned about her impending Grand Opening party and not the service I was paying her to provide. She disappeared immediately after she was finished leaving me to pay her assistant.
I had to have my lashes fixed by another salon who was all too familiar with Ewa and her business practices. After a little investigating, I found that this salon's reviews are not truthfully represented. We know people who have had their less than stellar reviews removed. And if you read what is present, you will find familiar language throughout the bulk of these five star reviews.
If you feel compelled to visit, I urge you to document everything (including verbal price quotes that are not listed and readily available). Bring a friend. Above all else*** ask Ewa if she guarantees her work***.

Be aware of deceptive practice. Since I did not find any pricing on their website, I called and asked for price for micro needling. Spoke to Eva, who informed me that one session of face micro needling is $139, plus additional $50-$70 for the neck. The following week I called for an appointment.
The session was approximately 20 min, and after that I was asked to pay $750. I started explaining that was not the price I have expected, and both women- Eva and the receptionist became verbally rude, and blaming me for everything…
I felt violated and humiliated.
Also, the place was not very clean- the sheets on the bed looked as someone used it before me, and the trash can 🗑 next to my bed was full of garbage
