Nice local bike shop. Fairly small so not a huge selection of new bikes, but they have a good amount of tools, parts, and tires. The best part is the helpful and knowledgeable staff. I do most of my own maintenance but they are always willing to give ideas and help out. Their knowledge of the paths and routes in the region is excellent. Open until 6pm so there is a bit of time to get there after work.

I really like this business. I've come here with multiple flats and they fixed me up very quickly and at a reasonable price. The workers here are friendly and knowledgable. Also they have a nice variety of accessories. Best bike shop in the area!

I bought a new tricycle I'm very disabled. First they promised me would be ready in a few days. Turns out it wasn't turns out it was a couple weeks even though it's already built. I asked them to fix a master link on the chain, im VERY SPEECH IMPAIRED. They realize this and I need to text as I have lots of pain when I speak this place discriminates because they stopped answering on the text when I asked if they fix the one thing I bought to their attention . They refused to answer which is DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION!!!! Go to irvs for much better service. They don't work on trikes. The said this place does, so i went. Sure I will let them know that not to send anybody there again. My first bike in 1973 came from irv..

This has always been a good bike store . The staff has alway try helping me even when it’s thing they don’t work on. Good service very knowledgeable about all bikes.

Blue City powder coated an old frame of mine and did a fantastic job. They also added some braze-ons and crimped the chainstays so I could fit wider tires. The price was very reasonable, I'd definitely recommend them.

So I just wanted to stay thank you to the two employees that helped me last night. I live in Logan square and I go on long bike rides to the hype park area (promotory point). I was almost there when my new handle bar came unloose. I was heading back home when I rode past these 2 women leaving the bike shop. I stopped and asked them if they had a the tool to tighten my handlebar and Even though they had already locked the doors they still went back in and got the tool for me. They didn't have to do that and iam very appreciative that they did. I don't live close but I will have no problem sending my money at this shop in the near future. Thanks again

Great service, welcoming atmosphere, and reasonably priced. If they find a cheaper way to fix your bike, reusing the undamaged parts - they'll do it.

I rely heavily on my (used) road bike to commute to work, but don't know a whole lot about bikes. But I know that I can rely on the folks at Blue City to be honest and straightforward about the things I do and don't need. Prices are fair, and the care and quality of the work done is excellent. We are so lucky to have Blue City in our neighborhood!

Ya love this place. I’m new to the city and just in town for work and decided I needed a bike while I’m here for 4 months. This group was knowledgeable and friendly (shoutout to Adam!) and they helped this very bike-ignorant person pick a bike out of their lineup and help fit me with extras. I had a lot of questions, and they had lots of patient, knowledgeable answers. No upselling and they let me take the bike for a test drive while leaving my ID as collateral.Also gave me lots of good newbie pointers.Left the place with a brand new Pixel 75 stars 10/10!
