Melissa at BlueMercury in West Loop is truly a gem!
Every time I visit, she welcomes me with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to make my experience special. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to make thoughtful recommendations, ensuring I leave with the products that are just right for me. Her kindness and expertise turn every visit into a personalized experience, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping her customers.
Melissa is an absolute asset to BlueMercury, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly! ?

Most of the staff is nice, but the elderly woman (who I initially thought was a customer) was odd and not friendly. No greeting or anything from her despite he just staring at me. Say less, I’ll stick to Nordstrom.

I absolutely love this store. It's clean, organized, and has a great variety of products. I do wish though that they'd carry the BO Parfum so I wouldn't have to go to another Bluemercury location to get it...making it a one stop shop (selfishly for me). Also, when you go in, ask for Cheyenne!!! She is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and makes fantastic recommendations!

Emily was so helpful and such a ray of sunshine. The store was absolutely packed with people and she was there by herself. She was calm and friendly with everybody and was so knowledgeable about the product lines. She definitely made the vibe of the store feel like a small neighborhood spot, and everyone I saw come in left in a better mood because of her.

Kerry is a true gem. It seems like bluemercury focuses more on the quality of products than what’s trending. Great for higher quality products and exceptional customer service. They always go way above and beyond.

Consistently terrible service. Gone in on multiple occasions because it’s the only place that carries some of the products I like and almost every time I’m either ignored, or not even greeted. The people who work here hide in the corners and try to avoid eye contact when someone walks into the store- it’s all very strange. Avoid if possible.

Melissa directed me to such a great lipcare product as I expressed to her my needs for an everyday lip balm equipped to mitigate the harm of the beast that is The Chicago Winter. Upon using it, I was essentially forced to about face and purchase another for my partner. The quality of product and customer service at Blue Mercury Fulton Market is sublime!
