The staff here helped transform my skin! As a skincare newbie, the team here worked with me over time to create a routine that worked for my goals. I have never once felt pressured to buy anything here, they truly care that you walk out with products that you love that work for your skin. Everyone is very friendly and attentive every time I walk in.

I hired Queeny from Blue Mercury to do makeup for my wedding and they did a fabulous job on everyone from a variety of pallets in my bridal party to my older mother. Queeny was professional, skilled, respectful and flexible. I did a trial run onsite and they really listened to what I was looking for, but guided me when I wasn’t sure about some of the particulars. Highly recommend the company’s products, and their knowledgeable and helpful staff (especially Queeny)!

Exceptional service every time I stop in. The staff here knows their products very well, and are always quick to suggest a product that I am looking for. They are even super sweet to my dog. This is my favorite Bluemercury in Chicago.

What a terrible experience. My girlfriend and I went in last Monday looking to find fun new products to buy. The person working was more interested in putting on her own make up and being on the phone than assisting us. Even when specifically asking to help with new foundations or blurring powder - we ending up putting it on ourselves with applicators we found ourselves. Another employee came in and we thought we might get better service but still no assistance. We really wanted to purchase some products but decided the store didn’t deserve this sale as we were really left to fend for ourselves and ignored. I love Blue Mercury but this store never has the level service of Southport or Elm branches. Of all the places in the city to buy beauty products - this would be my last.

Cheyenne is the reason I go into the store as opposed to shopping online. She is SO helpful, patient, and fun. I usually ask a lot of questions and survey my options and she’s so kind in helping me out every time.

Purchased $ 300 serum, used a handful of times, inside pump broke off not allowing the serum to come out of pump to use, called store where product was purchased, I was told to contact my local store to be sent back to the original store where I purchased my products, to be sent to someone in corporate, Carly responded with a replacement to be shipped to me and replacement product item was to be delivered soon per corporate office. I've waited almost 4 weeks and still no deliver of the "replacement serum". What terrible customer service, again not about the customer at all. product purchased-Natura Bisse -Diamond Extreme Serum 1.4 oz

Normally I go and the workers are helpful and kind! But I went by in the middle of the day and the store was closed with a a handwritten note that said “we’ll be back in 1 hour” ? How am I supposed to know when they put up the sign? Why would you not just write the actual time you would be back? I was running other errands and didn’t have time to stick around and find out how long ago they put that up. So I wasn’t able to go in today. Like I said, service is usually great! But a sign like that felt a little stupid. Hopefully they’re actually open next time I’m there.

Love this store! It’s very well kept and the products are great! The staff is very knowledgeable especially Courtney who helped me pick the best products that would work for me. I felt comfortable asking questions because she was so kind and patient I will definitely be back!

I am absolutely pleased with the service at this location. I love the staff here especially Ms. Courtney. Her customer service skills and knowledge of product is quite exceptional. She made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be returning!
