They're all courteous but "Jazz" is my favorite...

I visited the S Wabash branch to inquire about a promotional plan that I had come across online. As a new customer, I expected to receive assistance and information from the staff regarding this promotional offer. Unfortunately, the behavior and attitude displayed by the branch manager (Juan) during my visit were completely unacceptable.To begin with, the branch manager demonstrated a lack of awareness about the promotional plan I mentioned. Despite providing specific details and referring to the online source, the branch manager showed no interest in familiarizing himself with the offer. Moreover, when I asked a genuine question regarding the promotion, he responded defensively, accusing me of questioning his intelligence. I reassured him that it was not my intention, but rather to seek clarification and understanding. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns, the branch manager became increasingly dismissive, claiming that I confused him.The overall customer experience I had at this branch was nothing short of terrible. The branch manager's rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to assist me with a straightforward request for information left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.

I hate this branch. Everytime I deposit a check they put a hold on it for 7-10 business days! I go down the the main branch in the Financial Distric on LaSalle and the money is in my account the next day, no questions asked.

I have been a personal and business customer of BMO Harris for over 10 years. Originally they were great. On the rare occassions I had an issue, the local manager resolved it. In recent years it has gotten TERRIBLE. I have had several episodes where there main phone number does not work, promises by them to respond do not happen and others. I am writing this after spending 2 hours trying to reach someone to help me sign into my online business account. My id and password that has been used for 8 years are not working. 1st got a business tech rep who could not handle the problem and transferred me (to the WRONG Number). I was transferred again and hung up after 45 mins. on hold. Called again told a wait time of 20 mins. Hung up after 35 mins. This seems to become the standard of service for BMO Harris.

We had an issue with someone hacking our checking account and the relationship managers took the time to get everything rectified and did excellent follow-up with us, as well. Wonderful customer service!

I have to say since I began the transition from US Bank to BMO Harris, this location in particular has made moving financial institutions more than seamless. I am not the easiest person to work with as I have multiple accounts for multiple companies as well as personal accounting needs but the branch has quelled any concern big or small and with patience. This is what customer service should feel like. Other banks should be taking note of how BMO Harris is making customers feel like they are wanted and heard. Especially want to thank the branch manager of this location Darci Lewis, she represents the bank amazingly and I can say with certainty that I will be expanding my banking needs with BMO solely due to her assistance and handling of my accounts thus far. More than happy with my new banking home! Kudos.

Worse bank experience ever! The waiting time is insane. Banker is not professional at all. I was waiting and suppose be the next one taken care of and sudden a lady show up. He took care of her first instead of me. I was not told how long is gonna take or an apologize for this happening! I would never open an account with BMO, worse bank!

This branch has exceeded my expectations with its phenomenal customer service. The phone is answered and there is someone to help you at all times. I particularly had an outstanding experience with Darcy, the branch manager. Darcy helped me in when in a bind with speed, proficiency, professionalism, and kindness. I cannot thank Darcy enough for her expertise and adept abilities. Thank you, this Wabash branch stands out among the rest, likely due to great leadership by Darcy.

I used to go to the location on Canal & Roosevelt but traffic over there is always TERRIBLE! So this is my new preferred location. The only downside is the small parking lot – limited spots for bank customers and there's always someone who parks sloppily 😒. Other than that, the employees are always so friendly.

ATM STOLE MONEY BY FAILING TO DISPENSE CASH - AVOID ATMS AT BMO HARRIS BANK AT 1300 s WABASH. ATM STOLE MY MONEY AND AVOID ATMS AT HARRIS BANK. Darcy L says it will be weeks before I get my money back. Don't let Harris bank at 1300 S wabash steal your money.

My favorite location in Chicago :) Miss Rosemary is awesome ( others nice as well ) very helpful and friendly ,security guard is little cold but it doesn't bother me .He should be cold lol since he is a guard :)

I think BMO Harris itself is a very quality bank. This branch takes it to the max with quality experience and customer service! Always friendly and more importantly helpful! The security guard, Officer Boyd, makes it a point to know everyone and truly has a very special interest in not only the customers but the neighborhood safety! And Jonathan Klippel is my go to guy for all personal and business banking needs. He's always polite and professional and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! In the busy city and basically being right downtown, this bank makes you feel at home with small business quality!
