Been with BMO for over 10 years, this branch is not a representation of the company. Personal bankers are very unprofessional, you feel like you’re at the DMV. They don’t let you access the walk up atm after hours so you have to walk up to the drive up atm, which I can assume I based on prejudice because of the surrounding homeless community. Hours are changing for no reason, just tried to walk in at 12pm on a Saturday and they were closed. On the locked door it clearly says they’re open until 1pm. This branch should be closed and redone completely to meet the BMO Harris standard set at every other branch.

Horrible service. I'm the only customer in the drive Thru and inside, yet the teller tells me that it'll take awhile Incase there is a line inside, he needs to shorten that line first. I'm a little confused. If I'm the only customer here and I'm first, why are you helping others before me? Not my issue you're alone. Help customers based on the order the arrive. This isn't starbucks where you prioritize one over another. Get it together.

When I'm there, everyone is great, but calling that bank I'm never, and I mean never able to get through. They couldn't be that busy calling early in the morning. So many attempts calling and no one to answer the call.

Banking with BMO for over 30 years. They won’t update my mailing address without coming into the bank. I don’t live in the area and can’t do it online. Sent them online request through messaging and they don’t respond. TerrTerrible customer service. Phone wait times excessively long and when it’s your turn phone just rings without assistance. Don’t open an accoun with them. Run!

I highly recommend! Kind, helpful people work here. Easy to get to with a nice, big parking lot. Excellent customer service. Appreciate the security woman at the entrance making sure precautions for COVID-19 were in place. Bank was very clean. Special thanks to Michael Spilotro for being awesome. He was caring, informative, patient and thorough.

Waited 15 minutes for a bank teller to help me only to be seated and helped by a teller named Tereza. She is the most unprofessional and rude. Person I've ever met. She seems like she doesn't like she job. I have audio recording and video of her treating me like like crap. This lady is flat out lazy and doesn't deserve to be helping anyone. She's a white middle age lady in her 50's with with glasses. I really need someone from management to contact me asap and She wore a red blouse with black blazer. Black glasses and hair in a pony tail sitting in the desk area. Why the hell does she work there?!

I made the mistake of taking out a home equity line of credit at this bank. When the line of credit had matured, they tripled the interest rate on the remaining unpaid balance and were not open to making any changes to the inflated interest rate. This is not a good bank for a loan as they will gouge you if you have not paid your balance in full. Adding insult to injury, the employees, when I would stop by, would always look at my account and suggest I refinance the loan and get a lower interest rate. Each time I would be forced to repeat the story of how the bank gouged me on the interest rate. Once I paid off that loan, I closed my account that was supposed to give me a discount on the interest rate. Harris Bank was a great local bank, greedy BMO has ruined it.
