Bob's Furniture offers a decent variety of styles, though not entirely modern, which may not align with personal preferences. The quality and comfort of their furniture, however, could compensate for the style if that's a priority for you.

I am writing to express my disappointment and seek resolution for the recent experience I had with my order placed with your store. On 12/28/2023 I ordered four chairs with the assistance of your sales representative, Aqsa. Unfortunately, there were multiple errors in the process that led to a very inconvenient and time-consuming experience.Firstly, the order placed was incorrect. We were instructed by Aqsa to send an email to the warehouse to arrange pickup. Upon arriving at the warehouse two hours later, we were informed that nothing had been prepared, resulting in an additional one-and-a-half-hour wait.Moreover, upon returning home, we discovered that the chairs were not in the color we originally selected. This led us to return to the warehouse, where we experienced further delays and complications, taking over two hours to address the issue. Ultimately, we received chairs of a different color than what we had chosen, and after spending nearly 7 hours resolving this matter, we decided to keep them to avoid further inconvenience.This experience has been extremely frustrating and not at all what we expected from a reputable company like Bob’s Furniture. We are seeking an acknowledgment of this error, an explanation of how it occurred, and what steps you will take to rectify this situation. Additionally, we believe compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience caused by this mistake is in order.

I tried getting touched with the corporate office to resolve a dilemma that I had with the local office. I'm Roosevelt about issue I had and I told me I had to deal with the office. I'm Roosevelt and they don't explain when you lease or buying trying to buy you some furniture. How Their policy works they act like thugs when they call you up there very disrespectful. I feel good praying on people that are able to buy furniture outright. And they're not explaining things to him. They get them into contracts that they can't handle. I wouldn't say handle but do not explain it the all out impact of what they're signing

Bob's Furniture, a renowned name nationwide, has provided a disappointing and unprofessional service. I ordered bed frames in early November with a promised delivery before Thanksgiving on November 18th. Now, at Christmas, there's still no delivery, and I've been informed it won't arrive until May 2029. This lack of communication and the inconvenience are unacceptable. How should I handle returning the mattresses? Shame on you, Bob's Furniture.

Do not ever order furniture from Bob's Discount Furniture. I decided to go to the store because I needed new bedroom furniture and I wanted to see the quality in person before making a purchase. I was satisfied and made a quick decision, but ended up sitting there longer than anticipated because the sales person wasn't comfortable with computers and had to restart my order 3 times. 3 weeks later, the day of my delivery, the delivery driver didn't show up with the appropriate documentation that my building needed (Certificate of Insurance), despite hours on the phone with useless Bob's support team members assuring me that it would be here. I frantically had to call the useless help line again to sit on the phone for 45 minutes...only for the driver to leave. I'm now told my furniture can't be delivered tomorrow. If ordering from Bob's Furniture ever again was a life or death situation, i choose death.

Selina at the Roosevelt Rd. location in Chicago greeted us when we arrived, and assisted us with finding guest bedroom furniture. She thoroughly answered questions and provided options so that we were able to find what we needed. Thank you for the great customer service.

Always a pleasure doing business with this company. Staff was exceptional I purchased a brand new recliner which was missing a power cord. Well I ordered a power cord from Amazon for 14 dollars and it works well. Best 125 dollars I spent in a while. Thank you so much. I will definitely be returning for more purchases. I already let my friends and family know about this company. Mrs Lynn your the best. Keep up the good work

I had an amazing experience shopping at Bob's discount furniture. Not only were they professional.... They were friendly! The manager is to die for! He was very helpful and went beyond measure to assist me. My salesperson was also great. I will definitely recommend family and friends to this location.

Outstanding customer service from the staff! The store was clean and inviting. The manager was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He made my experience there enjoyable. My son also enjoyed the ice cream. I rate the store and the staff 10/10 . I will be sure to recommend to others .

It was a great experience I have heard of Bob’s but my daughter brought her sofa from there. I went on lunch and I saw so many sofa’s sectionals but very good quality but the staff was great Ms. Lynn was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and kind and polite with patience. And I’m like a little kid with amazement of the journey Bob’s has started me on thank you Lynn and Bob’s furniture

I ordered a mattress, bed frame, and sheets almost 3 months ago. I still have not received the sheets. In a Chat with customer service they said the estimated restock date was august 28th. That has passed! Had another online Chat with the rep just saying we will email you when the item arrives. Now yesterday 3rd time checking I went to the store and spoke to the store manager, he gave zero solutions. Had no idea who the vendor was, told me I couldn’t return it which I know isn’t true. Lastly…. The website says these sheets ship within 3-5 business days… I don’t want anything free! I just want the product I paid for. I’m a general manager in retail. This whole situation is baffling to me.

Selina was by far the best person to help me select bedroom furniture…. She was very humble, polite, patient, and she explained everything well. She greeted me with a smile upon entering the store went over pricing, warranty and options to pay. I would give her a 10 star but it’s only 5!!! Thank you again Selina

The young man that I had was nothing short of amazing he knew exactly. He knew the price of everything that I wanted him. He made my shopping experience, easy and less difficult. Oh, he offered me everything that Bob had to offer in the category and which I was looking, and I really appreciate it. It was one of my best. Oh and quickest shopping experience. Thank you Darynn

There is parking in the back. It's an actual garage that you can park in for free. If you do park in the smaller lot, be sure to get your ticket validated at Pets Mart, then parking is 5 dollars. That's what we had to do after we made our purchase at Bob's, we walked to Pet's Mart, walked around, and then got validated.The sales guy was on point... literally answered all my questions.I purchased a coffee table and a patio seat. They were delivered and put together for me. Delivery went very well.
