Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite their promotions, they failed to deliver any tangible benefits or assistance. And the lady who works there she have a kind of attitude she don’t know how to talk with customers. Oustside they are promoting iPhone 11 is free when customer plan to switch in boost but when we goes insides lady say there is charges around 180 bucks plus 60$ plan every month. When they can’t deliver the service they should not promote these kind of thinks.I was not expecting from boost this kind of experience.

If I could give a score less than zero I would. I went into this location after being instructed to by boost’s customer service department to go into my local store. When I walked into this location I was greeted by the owner who gave me the dirtiest look. I tried to talk to him because he was the only one working but he refused to get off his personal call. As I tried to talk to him he put his personal call on speaker and continued to talking to this individual. When I finally got his attention and told him what I was instructed to do by customer service he told me he would not help because it wasn’t his problem it was boost’s problem. Not wanting to walk all the way back home just for customer service to tell me to go to the store again I called the customer service number while in the store. The owner did not like this and told me to leave the store or he would call the police on me. Just because I called customer service number of the company that he works for.

My wife just walked in this store 30min ago, and received the nastiest service! She was first ignored, then got told to get out the store simply because she wanted to resolve a billing conflict, and couldn’t get hold of someone who can resolve it. The store clerk told her not only he won’t help her but accusing her bringing drama into his store. Horrible company and horrible service.

The person in the store is a jerk. He’s been sitting outside the store and chilling on call while I was waiting for him to help me in the store.

Came in with customers already being helped. They were speaking in a different language which I thought was great, he knows how to make customers feel welcome. I stood back with my mask, waiting for whenever.When they left, he barely glanced at me, no greeting. So I stepped up and said, "Hi, my phone has not been going to 4G, it's always on LTE."Without looking at me, just looking at his monitor, he laughed, shook his head, smirked, and said, "LTE is 4G." Which I later found was true, but there was also TRUE 4G, which I basically wanted faster internet. He did not expand beyond, "LTE is 4G."I told him that my signal will indicate that it will switch from LTE to 4G very briefly. So it is still the same? Without looking at me, he just shrugged and didn't answer.So I explained that my speed was really slow and did a speed test in front of him. My download speed was 11Mbps (LTE should be 15-20). I asked him if that was acceptable. Still without looking at me he said, "Yeah."I didn't know how else to explain, so I said Thank You and left.I don't know what I did. I know I can be a dumdum about technology, but it was unnecessary to make me actually feel BAD about it. I came an hour before they closed, with no one else queued behind me. Maybe I sounded argumentative, but he was already dismissive before I even opened my mouth.Or maybe he doesn't know what he is doing, so he is gaslighting me instead.Go figs. I had already tried to resolve with Boost Customer Service (excellent service, BTW) and hoped a live person at a store might help. Boy, I was wrong. I only came here because they were open late. I'm gonna try my regular Boost store tomorrow.

Applied for low income wifi, waited weeks for word, checked in on it several times, I was blown off, so I told them to forget about it. They are very unprofessional.

This boost mobile I purchase a new phone.. kamran S give me highly good customer service also I was in and out he also downloaded many needed app for me. If you want good service I recommend going here for any boost phone service!
