Angela and Pablo helped me with a very complicated problem involving an older relative's phone and phone plan! They were so patient and knowledgeable about all the options. They also have a surprisingly wide array of phones and accessories for sale.

Angi’s the best.Very professional. Knows her stuff and is friendly too. When I first visited the store there was a a sign, “Back in Ten Minutes”. It was raining. But, Angi saw me waiting returned to the store and opened up. After giving me the details and deal to switch providers she made the process easy and simple. Great customer service!

I cannot believe I've been waiting for like an hour waiting for these people to open the store they were supposed to open up at 10:00 and there's nobody here I've been standing out here since 9:50 and they still haven't opened up that's a shame they should not be open they should close that store down for them to be doing that to people that need to pay for phones and get things done with their phone I can't believe they haven't opened yet and it's still it's already 10:48 that's a shame I can't believe I've been standing up there and it's freezing cold out here how are you supposed to help people when they need their phones to be taken care of I can't believe that I have to wait hours I'm not going to wait no more I'm leaving I will never come back to the store again it's on Milwaukee 2881??????????????

If you're purchasing a phone be careful. This guy will blatantly lie to you about the devices sold online so that you can pay him over double for that same device in person. Of course, I'm not that gullible and I called Boost myself. Man was trying to tell me that the iphone 12's on Boost's website were refurbished. Also tried to charge me $40 for a sim and another $30 to activate the plan, both of which were free online. Guys a scammer, I'd order your devices online and if you absolutely need this location let it be for no more than paying your bill.
