Great experience! I came in to switch from Cricket and open a new Boost Mobile account. The male worker was professional and really knew what he was talking about. He made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend this store if you’re thinking about switching!

The ladies that work in this store Ashley and there is another one they are ghetto and rude and disrespectful. The new manager Lacy is just like them. They treat their customers with disrespect and I wouldn't advise going to this store because they are rude and unprofessional

Just called this location and was inquiring about switching my services and this young Hispanic girl who would not give me her name was very rude& disrespectful to me because i ask her about a different plan other than what was offered she told me well u need to go else where and get a phone and repeatedly said rude things after i told her she wasn't clear with answering my questions about the plan i told her that her customer service was horrible she got rude again and hung up in my face she needs to be fired bad place to do business at least with her...

Great Customer service and they will try their best. Daisy R. at this store is the best sales expert I've ever delt with. She was very friendly, polite and professional. That isn't to say the other workers are not but I want to deal with her every time I'm in this store.
