Went in to ask about a promotion for the IPhone 16e because I received a email that it was $49.99. The guy who I was later told by the manager name was FRANK told me that they didn’t honor that promotion at that store because it was for new/switching customers only, when it clearly said UPGRADE new and existing customers in store and online. He told me if I wanted that phone it would be $200+tax and fees. I asked him how much $ out the door? So he asked to see my current phone behind the glass. He gave it back and said roughly around $279.00. I told him I would think about it and come back, Frank asked me how much did I have? I told him I’ll see once I come from washing, he left and came back and said we can do it for $250(everything) I said I’LL BE BACK. No sooner than I got to my car I received a message from Boost saying that I upgraded my plan from the $50 plan I’ve had for yearsss to a $65 plan. Keep in mind that I only went in to inquire about the phone, never made a purchase. So now I’m on the phone with Boost as I’m pulling back up to the store PISSED. I asked him why did he change my plan he said (That’s the only way I could charge you for the phone) What Phone? I DIDNT BUY ANYTHING! So the customer service Manager is OTP saying there is nothing she can do because the $50 plan was a Grandfather deal and you have to get a $65 dollar plan in order to get that phone…. Lady are you dumb I NEVER PURCHASED THE PHONE. Mind you as I’m standing there ANGRY another lady walks in so the guy in the back (manager) come out to help her and her boyfriend. She inquired about the same phone and he told her $199+ tax if she’s eligible for a upgrade lmao. So at this point you have already changed my plan, just gone give me the phone. So he charged my card $200. But the receipt wasn’t like any boost mobile receipt I’ve seen before. It only had the name of the store and the amount I payed. So pissed off I left and call customer service to complain but that was pointless. So I asked the store how many days to return because $200 for a $49 phone is crazy. He said 7 days. He the (manager) after cursing me out and loud talking me over the phone. He told me to come back Tuesday and he will call his boss to get me a Itemized Receipt. Because he can’t give me a refund because he don’t know what I payed for. He said I could come in and he’ll give me my $49.99 back for the phone but the taxes, e-card, and activation was none refundable and that I would also have to restore my phone to the factory settings and he would also have to charge me a $15 restocking fee. So basically he will give me back $34.99 out of the $200 I payed for a phone that was advertised for 49.99 lol. So I would be out of $160 for a phone that I will no longer have. Not to mention a higher bill that I never asked for. Mind you I still haven’t got that receipt. Please buyer beware when going to this store because they make there own prices. They apparently don’t honor Boost promotions even though they carry the boost name. I mean the promotions are suppose to be for loyal customers and to get people in the store to feel good, not to be scammed.

If I could give it no stars I would they try to play you at this store adding tax for things you don’t need paid 240$ for a phone SIM card didn’t work and it said cell phone service was not available went there 2 times to try and fixed it the man got it to work when I was there I was getting calls a hour later back saying no cell service. This was last year and I will never spend a dime here again..

I don't like how they keep charge me 2.00 fee everytime I put money on my phone they need hire someone that could work with coustmer good without charge us so I let you all know don't go there to put money on your phone or whatever u try to do they will keep charge you 2.00 fee that not it way to go

The store is suppose to close at 7:30pm but when I got there, it was closing up. I got there at 7:03pm. The sales associates were locking the door. I asked what time do you all close because the website says you close at 7:30pm. One of the associates stated yeah we close at 7:30pm but I'm closing early because I have something to do. They were rude & the other associate thought it was funny. I will never return back to this store & would not recommend it to anyone.
