I absolutely can say that this boost mobile store has great customer service! I went in because I lost my phone and was trying to keep the same phone number, after 1/2 months of frustration I can say they manage to solve my problem and I decided to wait patiently because they helped me out in their own way! I can truly say that it was a great experience even after a frustrating situation. Thank you for every solution you guys gave me even after it took a while! I left home with the same number and I truly appreciate that! THANKS TO THE STORE MANAGER HE IS A GREAT GUY AND HE WILL HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS, I WILL VISIT SOON !! :)

I just had a wonderful experience with the sales person at the shop. They gave me advice on how to elongate the battery of my new phone and steered me into a great direction for a car charger. Go and support them!

My experience was as simple as calling it flawless.I'd went in to have my number ported to a new phone from a different carrier having lost my phone. The employee Moe (Mo) was great with providing me the cheapest/promotional way about getting me services. His skills were great over the phone with customer service and I'm a happier person because of his customer service. -Thanks again Moe, See you soon for that upgrade!

I went to go pay my phone and this lady charged more than she was suppose to. I handed her the money, she counted it and handed me my change and I noticed she didn’t give me the right amount, so I told her and she refused to give me the right amount of change. I insisted she give back the money but just changed the subject !! She completely ignored me and couldn’t take accountability for her mistakes. She just started telling me that I should change my phone plan, even though we weren't even talking about that at all.
