We had to add my daughter in-law to our family plan, as well as purchase her a phone. Yasmine was wonderful. She went beyond to help us from phone, activate, answer questions and she made sure we were all set up and ready to go. Thank you Yasmine!
UPATE: 6/3/25
We began to have problems with our recently purchased phone. Now, I contacted Boost directly because I felt they could help me, although they were trying it would take up to 72 hours after the help ticket was issued. I received a call for Yasmine asking me if I wanted to update any other phones we had. I mentioned we just purchased a phone less then 3 weeks ago and we are having problems. She said bring it in and let me take a look.
She solved the problem for us, working directly with Boost tech.
The phone works great. Yasmine Saved The Day.!!!!!!
She cares about her customers. When we are ready to update our other phones Yasmine has our business.
