I don't know the name of the gentleman working today Sunday April 27th 2025 however I ended up meeting him delivering his GrubHub inside boost mibile.I since I have boost for my service I asked him could he help me out with some issues me and my husband have been having with our phones. Without hesitation he said yes and figured out what was wrong with my phone in 3 minutes. I've had it for about 8 months. boost Mobile where I bought it on 73rd and Stony Island never can seem to help fix the issue. Thanks to this employee my calls no longer drop and I'm actually getting good service and my grub hub orders are coming in better. That's amazing drive right there

They DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY!! AND POTENTIAL FRAUD ACTIVITY. CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER WITH ALL MY INFORMATION WIPED FROM MY PHONE AFTER I TOLD HIM I CAN ACCESS MY OWN ACCOUNT. HE WOULDNT GIVE IT BACK BEHIND THAT THICK PLEXIGLASS UNTIL HE SETUP MY ACCOUNT. THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH THE PHONE THEY REFUSED!!

The 2 guys were nice, they help me with one of my problems but couldn't help me with the other problem they suggest that I purchased a new phone, I was disappointed be cuz I just had this phone for a year and paid more than I could afford the boost on 95 Halsted sold it to me.it was an old Samsung 10,I am very disappointed, I put my trust in boost I,I guess the will sale any thing for a sale.
