These chicks are extremely unprofessional. They want to sell phones but don’t want to put in the work.Never want to help the customers out. I went to get my transfer pin and they refused to help. We lost the phone and had no access to call . Went to a different store & they were very helpful & even called for me. They must not know what they are doing in this location.Definitely need new staff!

Listen, People, These boost mobile are all the same! They charge you for the phone that they suggest, They charge you for activation of fee service They charge you the taxes that are required and they even offer you insurance for the piece of shit phone they impose on you.Months later the phone doesn't function you take it to them sadly they don't even check the phone not do they know what they're doing in the first place. they con you to getting a new phone, wait and you end up doing this over and over again.You call the company and you wait nearly an hour before you get a live rep; oh wait now you have to be transferred to a specialist in that dept This company and and the lack of knowledge from the employee dept are robbing our people in our communities .Save your time and money stay away from boost mobile you aren't saving anything cause in the long run your are investing more than you have to

Lazy workers bad service I came in on Wednesday to switch my 3 lines from cricket to boost and the girl working here had a bad attitude and told me that they couldn’t call customer service to get a transfer pin so that I could make my purchase that I had to go back to cricket and get the information myself because they couldn’t do anything to help me out I went to the boost mobile on Armitage and Pulaski and guess what they called customer service and got me switched over I guess they could have called but decided not to something so simple If they don’t want to help me as a customer they shouldn’t be working here or maybe customer service isn’t for them
