Would never purchase from this location again, I purchased a $260 Bluetooth speaker and it stopped working and wouldn't charge after a week of having it. The store Representative Shake was no help at all and lied about assisting me on getting a replacement. Called Shake for days just to get the run around when there was no intention on helping with my issue with the speaker he sold me. Had to take it to a electronic repair shop who helped me alot and fixed the speaker and even apologized for the bad service Boost gave me. Do NOT Purchase any speakers from this location.

I was sent here by another boost store and was the best advice ever. The customer service was outstanding. The guy gave me a great deal on upgrading my daughter’s Iphone. Gave me a free case and charger. This is my new boost store from now on no matter where I live.

JANUARY 25 2024…I WAS TRYING TO BUY A I PHONE 15 PRO MAX WITH 1TB FOR $1,695.00, BUT SHARFEE SOLD ME A I PHONE 15 PRO MAX 256GB FOR $1,695.00 INSTEAD OF $1,395.00? WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THIS HE TOLD ME THEY “ THE STORE “ MAKE THERE OWN PRICES. SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND, HE TOLD ME THERE NO REFUND. THE GUY THAT OWNS THE PLACE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. HE USED TO WORK FOR SPRINT. THATS HOW LONG I BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM…NOW HE GOT PEOPLE RUNNING SCAMS OUT OF THERE. I WILL BE UP THERE TO LET THE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THIS TURNED OUT TO BE… UNLESS YOU CORRECT THE ISSUE….YOU DONT HAVE TO POST YOU WILL TRY TO DO BETTER OR MAKE IT RIGHT, BECAUSE IF UOU DONT I WILL BE POSTING!!!! I WENT TO BOOST MOBILE AND THEY GAVE ME APAIR OF AIR PODS. IM STILL UPSET. I SHOP IN THE HOOD TO SUPPORT MY HOOD SO THE STORES WONT CLOSE DOWN. This Boost mobile has great customer service and help you with whatever you need in a timely fashion have discounts very great promotions, and they also do back-to-school events for students and give out Christmas toys on Christmas. Very great management team. Kudos to shaker for doing an awesome job while working at this boost mobile.

Amazing customer service. Just know they can not look up customer account numbers. You have to call Boost Customer Service. I don't have them but Boost is giving my brother a hard time.

The guy there goes by the name "Dan" I think it's short for Daniel. He will sell you ANYTHING.. He sold me a refurbished, old, malfunctioning, phone. It looked new with an exception of a few very small scratches. He pretended like all the other 4 phones I asked about were all sold out. Then another customer came in and bought one of the phones I was previously asking about. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING A BILL.
