I just arrived back from a long vacation with family yesterday. Went to a sister shop on Division near Rockwell closer to me. They recommended this local for the immediate help I needed that same day. My iPhone 8 broke a month back right as my vacation began, and I thought I’d have to pay a huge sum for a new phone. With Mike’s help I was able to afford a new phone and a new pair a headphones within my budget. Amongst other things they assisted with they’re checking the condition of my iPhone 8 at this current moment to see if anything can done to salvage it. I’ll be looking forward to a call back soon on its condition. I’ve been with boost for nearly three years now and I’m overall feeling highly positive about the in-store service. Very knowledgeable and kind.

Awesome & attentive service, my screen wasn’t in stock when I came originally & they ordered it for me, there was some delays in delivery and they kept me updated . Soon as it came in they let me know. Mike fixed my screen quick, & even went the extra mile with a protective screen. Definitely recommending to all my cracked screen girlies; 10/10 service & customer service.
