I purchased a new phone a week ago and informed the sales representative that I was eligible for an upgrade. I believe I should have been offered a better device and plan. When I provided my PIN, she should have recognized my eligibility for an upgrade instead of just selling me a phone. If she valued my business, she would have taken care of the upgrade. Now, I need to find a new Boost Mobile store to assist me with the upgrade. I'm so disappointed i might as well fix the screen on my old phone because this phone is not it😪

Worst company ever, they are scammers, my sister bought the iphone xr at the apple store, and we were switching plans to cricket, then the cricket employee told us that boost locked her phone and they are claiming it as their own phone, we went to boost and they told us to call costumer service, my other sister also has the iphone xr and hers wasn’t locked with boost, we showed boost the receipt from the apple store and they said that we got it from boost, they want my sister to wait months to get her phone unlocked, they said that we signed a contract when we didn’t, they are scammers.
