I came to this location not so long ago. The employee there Jose was so amazing and professional went to his extreme to help me out though customer service over the phone were so rude and unprofessional. Jose kept his cool and handled them in a professional way. Thank you Jose you’re the best. Btw! Loved your nails. ?

It’s crazy how I see a review of an employee accused of stealing a phone when I was there that day. I’ve been going here since the store opened. Joselito is always the person I go to due to having the best customer service skills. I never have an issue coming here and I’m always called when it’s time for an upgrade and Joselito always gives me the best deals .Excellent job ???

I went on Friday to pay my bill and ask for information about my internet. The girl treated me very badly. I just wanted to know why the internet is so slow. I went looking for help and I came out even worse, even insulted because she's still there if she doesn't want to help.
