Juan is a magical wizard life saver!!!!!!!Apparently my phone over heated which I've never had happen before. I woke up to a dead phone?? Online wasn't working to order a new phone, they said the store would price match. I knew they wouldnt because I've been through that before. I didn't have $140 because the stores DO NOT price match. He troubleshooted my phone by resetting it WITHOUT losing all my info!!!! N my phone worked again!!!!!!! I had just downloaded important stuff last night that I desperately needed and thanks to Juan I have it!!!!!!! Thank u so much!!!!!
