Wayyy too much misinformation upon purchasing a new phone... I would have just let it go but when you 'PRETENDED' that you called and were talking with the 'owner' in regards of the situation and would low-ball me on the discount (not the added amount I had to pay to get my service back on after leaving the store) that's when I was done with this situation and establishment. Very unprofessional... P.S... You were aware I was coming back, you told me to return a few days before next bill was due and you would pay the difference But that didn't happen!! 😔 I'll shop elsewhere on my next upgrade

horrible horrible merchandise I bought two phones in 2 months and had horrible audio in both and because I went back complaining Mike@ the 87 st store had an attitude.. thank God for other phone co🤬🤬🤬

One thing I’m gone say is that you guys have great customer service. But over charge on electronics (headphones $30) when at Walmart it’s cheaper. The headphones phone does last long but for a week. You guys also need to work on your phone insurance policy of when some lose a phone or it’s stolen you need to have a plan for that and not make people repurchase the whole phone again. Please stop over charging on products that does not work or products that does work but does cost what you’re asking.

Nice store. Guy was tryna tell me about the new App however I NEVER IN LIFE HEARD anyone talk that darn fast. It made me dizzy........ OMG ?! It might be some truth to what he was saying about when they're gonna fix the App & supposedly they're gonna reimburse us for the inconvenience they have caused & that's cool ? but I can't with that speed of communicating.

These guy’s are a theft, they will overcharge you. Do not trust them. I purchased iPhone 12 and They overcharged me $400 more then the market price plus they lied about the giga byte also sold me refurbished phone when he say it’s new
