Just a horrible place one minute your phone will be working the next minute it's not. And the crazy about it I always get bad service right after I PAY MY BILL. ...... I don't suggest using boost mobile, they're better phone companies out here that will give better service....

The staff at this boost store Has great customer service. I came in with a situation and they went above and beyond to help me. Jenny and Luis Not only help me with the problem I came in with, but straighten out a few other things that was going on with my phone. I am so grateful. Thank you both for making my day! I will definitely be posting how Outstanding you both were on my Facebook Page! Nothing like Good Customer Service!!!

Zarielle (i think thats how you spell it)was a very pleasant young lady and the only staff member on duty this day yet She still handled all us customers patiently. I will continue to come back to this location, the best in the neighborhood

Ive been coming to this store forever. I had a great experience with Z she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the phones. If you ever need boost services come here and they give you coins Everytime you pay a bill.

Crystal and Carlton are the best ??they deserve to be the managers over there because they are very knowledgeable of the services provided and if I could give them 20 stars I would I was so impressed by them at had to give credit when it’s due go check them out y’all they officially will have u in and out in no time with the best prices blessings n I’m gone be back For my upgrade keep providing that excellent customer service y’all winning loves!!!

Some of the people's at this store are very unprofessional I had gotten an government phone through them the phone went out kept going off the network Ms Crystal did her best several times to resolve my problem but unfortunately the phone finally went out so I had to go through more problems a long story short I also had forgotten my pin # thet they took impounded there self to set for my account called these ppls all day yesterday speaking to someone by the name of V which was very unprofessional just spoke to Crystal and she took care of the situation in 5mins I also want to say Mr Charlton did his best also to help me
