Some of the people's at this store are very unprofessional I had gotten an government phone through them the phone went out kept going off the network Ms Crystal did her best several times to resolve my problem but unfortunately the phone finally went out so I had to go through more problems a long story short I also had forgotten my pin # thet they took impounded there self to set for my account called these ppls all day yesterday speaking to someone by the name of V which was very unprofessional just spoke to Crystal and she took care of the situation in 5mins I also want to say Mr Charlton did his best also to help me

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.
