I WENT TO A BOOST MOBILE LOCATED AT 120 E 35TH STREET CHICAGO IL 60616 TO PICK UP A PACKAGE FROM THE UPS ACCESS POINT. When I FIRST ARRIVED AROUND 1PM THERE WAS A SIGN STATING THEY WERE IN A MEETING. IF THIS IS A UPS ACCESS POINT, WHY WOULD YOU CLOSE DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY! WHEN I RETURNED AROUND 3PM THE WHOLE PLACE REEKED OF MARIJUANA. SO YOU ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO DRUGS ON THE CLOCK? THE LADY TOLD ME THAT MY PACKAGE WAS NOT THERE, AFTER CONFIRMING WITH 2 AGENTS FROM UPS AND THE SENDER, I ASKED THEM TO CHECK AGAIN BECAUSE I GOT CONFIRMATION AND A SIGNATURE WAS REQUIRED. THEY WERE VERY RUDE, IGNORANT AND IN LACK OF BETTER WORDS GHETTO!!! I WAS KICKED OUT THE STORE AND “BANNED” AS IF I DID SOMETHING TO THEM. I KNOW MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT ALONG WITH A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB. THIS IS DESPICABLE AND EMBARRASSING THAT YOU ALLOW THIS BEHAVIOR AND DRUG USE ON THE JOB.

I wanted to get in person assistance on a phone I just brought. When I got there it was a sign on the door that said closed for a meeting. I’ve never heard a business closing its doors for a store meeting during regular business hours. When I went back about an hour later the store smelled like weed. I left and went to the location on 47th. I rather not conduct business at a place where the staff is high

Sure that things are fine, phone-wise, but they should make clear that they are only a pick-up location for UPS, and not accepting package drop-offs as the UPS website says.

Today, came to pick up a UPS package. We were directed here by UPS after an attempted delivery yesterday. The lady working at 2:45 PM 8/13/2022 was short, abrupt, rude and not helpful. Said would look up pkg "after I help everyone else", which she did. Once she finally checks after almost 30 minutes, says that we should have waited until Monday to attempt pick up. This is not noted anywhere on UPS delivery slip. Then says when it comes she is going "to not accept delivery and you can go somewhere else to pick it up". We called to file formal complaint with UPS customer service. This should not be an UPS access site. Maybe store prefers Boost customers but unacceptable disrespectful and poor customer service despite quietly and patiently waiting while sherved others that came in after package inquiry.

I always feel welcomed here I’ve brought phones and upgraded just because I could. They never seem to not know a solution to almost all my tech issues!!! The boss lady Lace very intelligent she said “here let me teach you, that way I don’t have to charge you a service fee and you learn to fix these kinda problems yourself” trust I don’t mind paying her at all she never has a neg vibe when I come in is never impatient or rude. She is stern though I’ve witness very rude customers she simply smiled and kept helping the best she could she a keeper boost Mobile!!!! Love this location

Lace and Candice were great reps who took the necessary time even though it went a little past closing time. I got there maybe 15 minutes before closing to end my "relationship" with Verizon ? and start services with Boost. Verizon was giving Candice a hard time for a code that would allow them to port my number over. She stayed on the phone and was patient with them and I know they were wearing her out because even I was getting frustrated with the delay, but I digress. When I first arrived I told Lace I wanted just a basic android, nothing fancy and she directed me to exactly what I wanted and what the price was going to be. I also got a case and screen protector for a great price! I could have went down the street to the other store, but I'm so happy I came to this one. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Lace and Candice. Great job ladies! You go gurls ?!

The two Latinas at this location are rude to customers, they are very unknowable about the product that they're supposed to be selling and I saw one of them buy drugs while I was there ..
