I been a customer for 7 years and I have 2 family plans. One is off and today I called customer service for help and they said they can't help. It's bad business for yall to do people who been with yall for years the why yall doing. It Christmas and I asked for help. And turned down.

?????????, ????????? ???????? ???????, ??? ?????? ???????? ???? ????????? & ??????????!!!The Lady that was working onSaturday, June 3rd at about 11:30am or 12pm was ???????. It was pretty busy, yet she managed her time and took care of everyone without a single complaint from anyone. She had the Best Customer Service Skills that I've ever seen in a phone store. ???? ???? ???????? ???? ????? ??????????? & ???????????? ??? ??? ????????? ?????????????? ?? ??? ????? ?????? ????.Normally, I would have walked out when I saw how many people were there. I didn't, because she immediately let me know that there were a couple people before me, but she will get to me as quickly as possible. She had confidence in her speaking, and it made me wait. She told another customer "it'll take me about 7min's to set up your new phone... ". Not 5min, not 10min- 7min's!!!! Now that's Time Management!!!

Listen, People, These boost mobile are all the same! They charge you for the phone that they suggest, They charge you for activation of fee service They charge you the taxes that are required and they even offer you insurance for the piece of shit phone they impose on you.Months later the phone doesn't function you take it to them sadly they don't even check the phone not do they know what they're doing in the first place. they con you to getting a new phone, wait and you end up doing this over and over again.You call the company and you wait nearly an hour before you get a live rep; oh wait now you have to be transferred to a specialist in that dept This company and and the lack of knowledge from the employee dept are robbing our people in our communities .Save your time and money stay away from boost mobile you aren't saving anything cause in the long run your are investing more than you have to

I have been with boost for over 5 years now. Always good service, from boost as well as Division location. Friendly associates, always have a answer for all my questions. Great customer service and reliable service. Keep up the good work, thanks for taking care of the neighborhood.

If I can rate this a 0 I would. Worst customer service. My father was here gave a payment for his monthly service. However they put it in the wrong account after he confirmed his name with them. I spoke to the manager which was no help and she said if he was there in 5 minutes she would fix it, but this is no where in the receipt. Beware do not go to this store unless you want to get robbed they have not fixed this issue or put the minutes to the correct account. I've never went to a phone place were they don't confirm the name of the account they are adding minutes I really think they were just lazy and not trying to do their job. Avoid this place if you can.
