In this Store is a person called CARLOS he is the WORST on Customer Service. I just moved my line to Boost Mobile From T-Mobile.
I’ve been here just 1day and I regretted.
I did the process by phone, they mistake, but I stopped by that store to get help… All I get was an aggressive person, he said: “ If I do something for you I’ll charge you, so now call back where you did your process. I asked for a business card, he said: go out of here and take a picture of the store.
HE DIDN’T HELP
HE WAS AGGRESSIVE
HE DIDN’T ANSWER QUESTIONS
DON’T GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET A BAD DAY

I brought a prepaid internet service, it worked for a week,then no signal,I call xfinity they sent a repair man,he checked my line said it was good,but to take the box back to the store to exchange or repair it, they repaired it a week later broke again took it back to the store to replace or repair it they said after 7 days they can't replace or fix box call customer service. The customer service at this store sucks. As long as your buying their good ,ask for help forget it I will never do business with this store again.

Hello LUC Student, sorry for not answering soon, but I think you are in the wrong place, this store is in the cermak between California and Marshall, we are sorry that you feel that bad, in this location in the last 5 months only works one person at a time.
