Be careful with this location. If you are trying to purchase a SIM card. This lady that works there will scam you. I went to get a SIM card and she had a very bad attitude and you can feel her negative energy but I decided to ignored it and just asked her that I need a SIM card. She asked me if I had the phone with me and I said no because I know how to activate the phone and that I just need a SIM card. With the nasty attitude she said she can't sell me the SIM card if I don't bring the physical phone because she needs to activate it and I told her that's not true and she said if I wanted to purchase the SIM card I needed to activated my cell phone with her and it was going to be $45. I asked for her name and she didn't want to provide me with her name. I was a Boost Mobile store manager and let me tell you guys that they don't need to activate your cell phone in order to get a SIM card, anyone that does what they are trying to just get the activation and if they ask you to pay in cash they will keep the money. SIM card only cost $10 and some can charge up to $25 but it's not mandatory for them to activate your phone. Hopefully I get to speak to her manager and let them know.

Went in to by a phone at 4:30, sign said open. Door was locked and would not open. Called & they answered and said they were closed

My cell phone got hacked and I needed a new phone and number. Alicia was a big help and a wonderful lady. Got me all set up and I was on my way.
Later I realize I couldn't get into my Gmail account. I went back to the store and to my luck Alicia was working. She got my Gmail account switched over to my new phone in no time.
I can't say enough good thing about the store and Alicia. She is very knowledgeable and a very thoughtful. Thank you Alicia.

Fantastic place, solid people. Went in with my mother, not a tech person at all. Bought 2 phones, upgrades through Boost. Go figure one phone ends up being a dud within 12 hours. Screen flashing, useless. My mother went back in, no questions asked, switched over to a brand new phone. All data didn't get switched over, she went back in and Alicia (sp?) Took her time, made sure everything was moved over, explained the phone to my mother, went above and beyond. Great service not once but twice after the sale. I would personally like to thank them for their impressive service.
