I recently purchased a Motorola Razr from the Boost Mobile store on Grand and Austin, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Although I am well within the 7-day return policy, the store refuses to honor it, refusing to provide a refund or return. Instead, they pushed me to exchange it for the same faulty model, despite the phone’s volume buttons falling off and it frequently shutting off during calls. Texts arrive late or sometimes not at all, and even two calls to Boost customer service were abruptly cut off mid-call.
After years as a loyal Boost customer, I was met with rude and dismissive service both in-store and from customer service. No one would take ownership of the issue or even listen to the details of my situation. Instead of helping, they made excuses, ignored my concerns, and showed zero regard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, I was willing to upgrade and pay for a higher-quality phone, but it was clear they were only interested in a quick sale.
This entire ordeal has made me rethink my relationship with Boost. If they had simply followed their own return policy, which is printed on their receipts, this could have been easily avoided. I’m relieved to have left Boost, and I can’t recommend avoiding this location enough.

Nothing to do with this store, they've been great, every time I've had to go in.
But, Boost had become the absolute bottom end as far as service goes.
Ever since ATT and Dish were involved.
And this happens in my home area,
I'd expect it when traveling away from the city.
I drop calls constantly, text messages fail, non stop. Have to resend them 5,10 times. I drip my data connection constantly.
I'm done with Boost.
Hate to do it, but have to go with a reliable carrier and pay more.
What is the sense of having a cell phone, if it don't work half the time.
It's not the phone itself.
The A15 is decent for the cost.
It's the cell service.
I've restarted, cleared memory, been thru every trouble shooting thing there is.
It's the cell providers, BOOST !
IF I go into Network operators. Turn off the auto selct, and change providers between ATT, T Mobile, or Dish, I'll get a signal back. For a while. But, I have to do this several times through a day, everyday!
Boost is NOT even worth $25 a month anymore.
This should be illegal !
I pay for service.
If they want to slow it down, fine, if expect that for only $25 a month.
But to have no service at all, drop calls constantly, and live in a city like Chicago, there shouldn't be signal issues when I'm outside !
Do NOT choose BOOST !
Make them go broke or Fix their service.
I'm not the only one.
2 minutes of research on Google, I found many others have the same problem.
Save yourself the aggrevation.
Go with another company !

The reason they haven't gotten 5 stars from a loyal 6+ costumer is because Boost phones can be only used at Boost Mobile, even though they are shifting the policy on that, slowing unlocked phones to be used in their network but if I buy a device from Boost I should be able to use it at any company. Second negative think, even though no matter if you are a costumer if you want a phone for payments it used to be that they would add $6 or whatever it is to your bill for a device you want and it was no problem. Now you have to go throu a different company that will buy the phone for you and u pay them off and the minimum device u can put for payments is $200+. The Boost Mobile stores are usually ran by a atharised dealer and they tend prices of phones very from store to store. With that said, the corporate store and the website has a very decent and resenable priced selection. Specially their website. Costumer service is great, see ice is great and if u do have a problem with service if you call them ask them to credit your account for the time you had a issue for (not often you have a issue but like with all cell phones companies it happens) and you will get it. If you are a iPhone user or Android user you will most definitely find a device on the website or the corporate store between $140-$200 that will suit your needs. I personly changed my phone 3 times since I been with Boost Mobile and one of thous times ware because my wife lost hers and we have a family plan with them 2 lines ($60 total for 2 lines, $30 a line) unlimited talk text and 8 gig data (there is WiFi everywhere these days) plus they don't charge you data for listing to Pandora, and I do pissing to Pandora alot. I. All thous years I never had s problem with running out of data and if you do thy just slow your internet down but hi ebu s option to buy 15gigs of extra data for $5. I do highly recommend Boost Mobile.
