Listen, People, These boost mobile are all the same! They charge you for the phone that they suggest, They charge you for activation of fee service They charge you the taxes that are required and they even offer you insurance for the piece of s*** phone they impose on you.Months later the phone doesn't function you take it to them sadly they don't even check the phone not do they know what they're doing in the first place. they con you to getting a new phone, wait and you end up doing this over and over again.You call the company and you wait nearly an hour before you get a live rep; oh wait now you have to be transferred to a specialist in that dept This company and and the lack of knowledge from the employee dept are robbing our people in our communities .Save your time and money stay away from boost mobile you aren't saving anything cause in the long run your are investing more than you have to

If I can rate this a 0 I would. Worst customer service. My father was here gave a payment for his monthly service. However they put it in the wrong account after he confirmed his name with them. I spoke to the manager which was no help and she said if he was there in 5 minutes she would fix it, but this is no where in the receipt. Beware do not go to this store unless you want to get robbed they have not fixed this issue or put the minutes to the correct account. I've never went to a phone place were they don't confirm the name of the account they are adding minutes I really think they were just lazy and not trying to do their job. Avoid this place if you can.

People working there have no idea what they are doing with iPhones. Bought an iPhone SE and now sitting here because they don't know what to do. How do you work at a phone store and not know your job?? Best Buy was so much easier. Avoid this store if you value your time and money.

I was such an annoying customer, I am sure of it. I broke my iphone 6 and tried to activate my old 4s, but they couldn't get it to work. Then I brought in a used iPhone 6s and spent an HOUR trying to get that one to work, to no avail. Then I went back to reactivate my old android. Then I had to go back to fix the SIM card because it stopped working when I took it out. Long story short, the lady running the place was patient, tried her hardest to help me out, and even tried to find me good deals on phones because she knew I was cash strapped thus was using all these bunk used phones. Bless her!

I was approved for smart pay since i paid off my other phone so i decided to buy my daughter a new phone with my credit. I went to boost on 4036 W. North Ave in Chicago and the lady said i couldn't buy the phone for my daughter cause i credit was in my name, i said that doesn't make since and she said i would have to give my number to my daughter and my phone would be off. She didn't even check the computer to see if she could help. No type of help, she was rude and no customer service at all. I told my daughter she was wrong and i was very , so i went to the boost where i got my phone, 2642 W. Division and Carolina was amazing she said i could do it on my credit and explained everything and got a good down payment. She has great customer service everytime i go to her. She works with the customer and makes sure we understand. Thank you Caroline. The other store needs more training.

I been here and let me tell you guys... this hoes are a disgrace to the logo! I was there a couple of times and all of them were rude and so unprofessional. Talking to each other instead of trying to help the customer. I tried getting a phone and they told me I didn't qualify? For what though? I just wanted the phone and this bitches ignored me!!! Really wanted to knock them out tbh! But I just walked out and went to another boost..now the guy there was so nice and most importantly went above and beyond to help me out...so forget those rude old women

Worst Customer Service Manager AKA Juanita so Unprofessional Asked to speak to someone above her apparently its' just her. I asked to speak to district manager or store owner stated I couldn't Wasn't any help at all Still awaiting for a call back
