I came into the store hoping to get my phone repaired, but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed. Thankfully, Abel was incredibly helpful, professional, and informative. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a new phone—everything was included, and the discount was amazing. He also transferred all of my data and even set me up with a better plan than I had before. If this is the kind of service Boost Mobile provides, I’ll definitely be coming back—and bringing my friends with me! Huge thanks to Abel for making a tough situation so much better.
