He altered the garment to perfection with the utmost professionalism, care, and kindness. I knew from the second I met him that I was in great hands! I am absolutely thrilled with the service! Moa was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The quality of the work is outstanding – every stitch is perfect, and the alterations were done with precision and completed on time. I was particularly impressed with the personalized consultation, where Moa really took the time to understand my needs. Love this place! Took my wedding dress here and I felt well taken care of. Moa is incredible, so talented. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wedding dress. Not only did he do amazing but the whole experience was enjoyable. Prices are also very reasonable. Thank you so much Moa for helping create the dress of my dreams.

I brought my wedding dress in to get cleaned and they said it would be done in six weeks. It took nearly four months. It was stressful worrying about my dress and having to contact them multiple times inquiring about it. I asked for a discount when I picked it up since it wasn't ready on time and I had to contact them so many times. The man's name that I dealt with was Mo. He kept saying it's "give or take 6 weeks" even though they had told me it would be 6 weeks. I told him he shouldn't tell people 6 weeks at all then and that there is a big difference between 6 week and 4 months. He promised I would get a discount but I'd have to come back the next day when his boss was in. I asked him to write that down and he called me a "stupid person" and said he would not give me my dress back and brought it to the back of the room. I gave in to paying the full outrageous price of $468 just for a cleaning (no preservation). I've never experienced worse customer service. The dress is fine but I do NOT recommend this place.

As a member of the military, I was treated amazingly when I came in to get some of my rank and name taps sewed onto my uniform.
Not only did boutique cleaners Do an amazing job, but he literally completed it within 10 minutes of me walking in, and most surprisingly, he also did it for free without me asking or suggesting it.
I went to go pay, and he just told me to put my money away and have a great day.

Boutique Cleaners is amazing! They hemmed my bridal shower dress beautifully and were able to let out my traditional tea ceremony dress. They even went the extra mile and bought fabric that better matched my dress when they let out the sides. I’d trust them with my clothes!Services: Hem repairs

I have been going to Boutique Cleaners for over 5 years now. I first found them as they provide wedding dress preservation services. They did an excellent job with the dress preservation so I have been going to them for dry cleaning and alteration services since. They are the only cleaners I trust with my expensive or vintage clothing. They are expert stain removers and they just don't run things thru a machine like a CD1 cleaners does. They will hand sew and cover delicate areas of clothing that cannot get touched by the heat of a dry cleaning machine and they will hand treat tough stains and trouble shoot until the stain is gone. This is especially great on vintage garments when you don't know what the stain is or how long it's been there. As far as alterations go, Moa is the very best. He went to fashion school and knows the proper and correct way to alter any garment so it's done right and looks amazing. He's also custom made me clothing from patterns and really can do anything you ask of him when it comes to sewing and alterations. Everytime I'm in there I see at least 10 wedding dresses lined up for alterations as well. I wish I had known about them when I had gotten my wedding dress altered. I don't know of another business in Chicago with this level of 360 service. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. If it's an expensive item I would not trust anyone else. It's really an amazing business and I'm so glad I have found it. Moa, Susan and Boutique Cleaners crew is as good as it gets in Chicago so make sure you check them out.
