Does BP want FNBO to screen and run off BP's business customers?
I've been a customer of BP's since it took over Standard Oil.
I've paid my bill as a BP customer by check through the mail for years and I can say I paid my bill on time except for a rare occasion of my mistakes.
FNBO has locked my BP card twice now without notice or warning.
The first time the bill did not arrive. Once I received a bill I sent the payment in and my card was unlocked.
Today was the second time. On this one I sent to payment in with extra mailing days because it is becoming clear that the mail is slower than usual.
The first time my card was locked out I started thinking about finding another place to take my business, but I cooled down and thought BP deserved another chance.
Today the feeling is back and FNBO is affecting BP's customer whether BP knows it or not.
Take this to the bank. I will change companies with a third event.
I will change without a second thought.
With the mail service the way it is now, I'd like to know what genius selected a banking company in Omaha, Nebraska to process billing payments from the Eastern part of the US?
Apparently, the bills going to the customers are late and the payments going back to Omaha are late with no time in the middle for the customer to process a payment.
And don't offer me a method of correcting this problem where I have to jump up 700 to make this work.
Send the bills out earlier so there is time for the customer to process to bill and mail it back.
Also, check to see if FNBO has some other agenda going on like, this customer does not carry a balance so we don't make any money off the process. Get him to quit.

B.P gas stations do not take care of their customers. I was at a gas station in Osceola, Indiana, and it took my points off of my app. But did not take the points or the amount off of the gas pump and the gas station told me,There's nothing they can do about it. This is the fourth time this has happened at the same gas station. I go there only because I live right down the road a 1/2 a mile, but you know what? B.P gas stations need to straighten up and take care of their customers. If this does not get straightened out, I will find another gas station and B.P will lose my business, my credit card and I will tell everybody else In my family not to use B.P. right now I am about 20 bucks from what they have done to me. And when you say something to the people working there, they are very rude.

Very disappointed , Just had to pay $900 to fix my truck after using the wrong handle at a gas station. First time getting fuel from your company for my diesel truck. Why would a company not use the colored handle that is used across the United States as a standard? What was more disappointing we were the 4th vehicle in this dealership in last 2 weeks. I then did some research it’s a problem, but instead of going with the norm, you have chosen to NOT to listen to the people’. This was the first time and the last time to us BP. You should change it, clearly it’s not the working well for the consumer.

I wanted to let the head office know about my visit to the BP gas station at Waldo today.
The two outside gas tanks did not work. The clerk did not seem concerned whatsoever. Told us to use another machine.
Went inside to use the restroom. There is a big sign on the ladies room saying out of order.
Forced to use the men’s room.
Absolutely disgusting. There was large plastic draped over the urinal. And someone had urinated on top of the plastic. Leaving urine in a pool.
The place was absolutely disgusting
It was definitely not up to the BP standards.
I thought headquarters should be aware. Mary Cross.

BP Corporate: I'd like to Inform you of the exceptionally great crew at the Harvey BP on 147th street. I'm only aware of one man's name, Ali, but he and all of the employees there have been great to me. I'm severely handicapped. Many years ago Ali saw me hobbling into the store to buy cigarettes. He gave me the phone number and told me to call, they would bring anything I need out to me. Cash, debit card, credit card, it made no difference. Although one might expect the same treatment from any store,, that is not the case, unfortunately. This crew really deserves a big thank you for their efforts.?

I go to the BP on Roosevelt Rd in Glen Ellyn for many years. I have recently tried limiting my visits there because every time u go in there is a long line and only one register open with many employees hanging around not to motivated to opening another register. Today I did stop to purchase a pack if cigarettes I am 60 years old never been asked for a is just my BD today after waiting one again in line I get to the register and he asks for my if now after waiting all this time then asked to get my if I am a little miffed. Needless to say I left because I did not want to run out to my car then maybe have to stand in line again or worse yet have the people behind me have to wait I left to go somewhere else. If your policy has changed that you need to card everyone even us over the age if 60 you need to put up a sign stating so. I will go somewhere else that has the common sense to know when a person is over league age especially 60 also enough sense to open s register when you have a lone to the door.
