I encountered extremely poor customer service during my visit. I asked a young man if they sold pre-rolls, but instead of assisting me, he pointed me toward empty roll-up packages. When I mentioned that I saw pre-rolls being promoted in the window, he seemed unaware of them and became frustrated with me. At another BP location, pre-rolls are priced at $7.99, yet here they are $20. I can’t help but wonder if this pricing difference is related to the community we are in. When I requested the sherbet and pre-rolls, the attendant did not take the time to understand my request and instead had me escorted out of the store. It's disappointing that instead of offering polite customer service, he chose to involve security, which is not the treatment I expect as a customer.

gas station clerk is weird and scams people and theres a druggy right outside who harrasses everyone and stands uncomfortably close to you and knocks on your car windows

Prices are high and they also do not accept Link/EBT. But they are the only 24hr gas station next to the expressway from after the Cicero Ave exit going past the Kedzie exit. They have an ATM on site but I don't know if it actually works. Never has on the times I needed it. And they have an air pump that works last time I checked.

They have a employee only entrance and everything else is a walk up to the cashier.

Like any other BP cashier was friendly I can't say that for most of the BPS but for the ones that I have been to they are friendly I have seen my share of ones that are not friendly I miss fear was great here

Keep changing isles with different stuff. All the time actually. Most people there agree they have no clue where things are and why they have to change things again. Place was filthyAnd lots of lines. They don't carry everything and the people there make it look like a Wal-Mart. If you thought how high the prices were, WOW its even worse!! Stay away from the coin star too!

Altho they have enuff pumps. The staff isn't knowledgeable about them. So when something goes wrong, it becomes a Pass the buck kind of situation. And by you already paying. You have to keep up with who they keep passing the Troubleshooting buck to, to finally get straightened out!!!!
