I recently visited the gas station in my neighborhood, and while the service is generally okay, there's a recurring issue that makes the experience uncomfortable.
One of the employees, a lady who wears a rag on her head every day, has notably poor upkeep and hygiene. She often yells across the gas station, making jokes about certain customers, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Her behavior is unprofessional and detracts significantly from what could otherwise be a straightforward visit.
I hope management addresses this issue, as it really affects the overall experience at this gas station.

Very unprofessional girl at the cashier 06/09/24 time 3:04pm over charging customers and instead of saying, sorry she’s is insulting customers. It’s not about money. It’s about the respect of customers. If someone overcharge you need to apologize with the refund, I will be looking forward to Complain to City. Very unprofessional behavior.

Today when I get into the location I got a cup of coffee 20 oz Starbucks frappuccino and a cup of ice. When I proceeded to check out I was charged a $1.89 plus tax for my 20 oz. Now on the coffee originally said 1.69 for 20 Oz. I informed the cashier that the prices don't match what's on the coffee machine. She got the manager Jamie. Jamie came out with a rude attitude. I explained to him what what's up on the coffee machine was supposed to be the price I was charged. I've already paid for the coffee it was only 20 cents difference. I wasn't asked for my money back but I was explaining to Jamie that the price should reflect was on the coffee machine. In a nasty way the manager stated to me that the price was set they are boldly on the other side of the section which is a different coffee machine on the other side. I Explained to Jamie when someone's coming in they're grabbing a coffee that's right there in front of them they're looking at the prices they're not looking for a different price. He told me to have a nice day. dismissed me and pulled the old price off. I am not happy with the attitude of the manager now I understand. Your cashier should not be apologizing for the manager's behavior. If Jamie cannot deal with customers Jamie should not be a manager Jamie should be demoted. Because something as simple as a small price change should not have been the reason I was dismissed and treated like I did not exist. Management is a reflection of the store and the owner.

This place mysteriously has broken registers that take 20-40 minutes to fix everytime I come here at night
Someone with a big brain needs to come in and help them download the latest version of windows or something

I don't support any place that engages in deceptive advertising. They display a price of gas in big letters, that you can see from far away, but that price is only "with a car wash" so applies to few people. The true price is displayed much smaller so you don't see it till you've committed. Clearly the goal here is to convince customers that the price is lower than it is. It's unethical and a good gas station wouldn't do this.

The carwash has an undercarriage sprayer. You can get a monthly pass for it. It has touchless and light touch options. Probably one of the best automatic car washes in the city.

My car is covered in soap. Do not go to this car wash. You’ll pay $12 and still have to go to a different car wash to get it done right. What an annoyance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The station has plenty of pumps and a car wash (as the reviews state it is slow, but again, it's a machine washing the car... I'm not sure how fast people expect things these days)
