I won’t be back. I know I won’t impact the business, but it’s the least I can do after seeing what I witnessed today. I watched a Bp driver try to deliver gas to this location. He was trying to navigate heavy traffic on North Avenue and in the lot. (The lot was packed with people trying to get their weekend fill up and car washes).There were three people in the store, two of which were ‘hanging out.’ I politely noted the bp driver could use a little help. The stress he was in was evident and here he is with a truck of flammable fuel. The employees inside, chuckled. ‘Ahh, they don’t listen,’ he said. It seemed pretty immature to inconvenience someone trying to do their job and most of the Saturday customers. I didn’t observe any leadership or care from those with power to help resolve the situation. Again there are many places to fill my buggy and I won’t be returning to the Kedzie/North location.
