Gas prices outrageous 3.89 a gallon 2 blocks down the street it’s 4.49 here! Also water 24 pack off brand was 10$ which is 5.99 elsewhere!! This gas station is way overpriced

Never ever go there in the afternoon. I don't know what time the heavy-set Arabian "gentleman" starts there but he is as ignorant as sin and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. This is the second time I have gone in there with this man behind the counter. The first time with the lottery he did not know what he was doing and now when I went in there today he told me to hold on and started taking other customers before me so I walked out. I have also told all of my friends and everyone I know to never go in that BP when this "gentleman" is working.

Local gas station and I keep trying to make it my go to but the girls working in the morning are soo rude. It's sad. I try and say thank you and please but nothing. No response. No t even a, "your welcome". Last week she yelled at me because I got a refill on my coffee. Your think they want to promote that in Chicago. Nope. She just said, "we don't do refills.".and then just stood there. I was like, "Well this is a refill ando charge me whatever." Down 31st street iacross from Freddies is another gas station. Guy is super nice, gas is cheaper and refills are $1!! Fyi, I was at BP with rude girls on 10/5 at 11:45 on. If these girls worked for me, I would want to know.

There's not much I expect from a gas station, but I do expect the basics. You can't get a receipt at the pump, which is an annoyance (undoubtedly so you are forced to go inside and are "tempted" by 6 flavors of sunflower seeds or perhaps a Zagnut bar). Moreover, they don't even bother to fill the buckets with fluid so you can wash your windows. These are minor quibbles, but there's clearly no desire to do anything other than the very minimum.
