Merchant sale Old tobacco then when you tell him that the item that you just purchase is all he gets mad and threaten to give you your money back instead of replacing the old item will be contacting the Department of Public Health soon you never know who you have the pleasure of entertaining

I work early mornings and nights. I was a consistent shopper at this bp until the pandemic. The bp is only open in the day not early i.e 5am or 12am. In which I'm not sure why they feel a gas station is not essential when essential workers need to fuel their cars.

Had the most ridiculous thing happen to me at this gas station. It's early Monday morning and I pull in to get gas. I get out of my car, swipe my card and lift the handle. As I'm putting the nozzle into my car a worker from the gas station and an older lady come running out screaming, "Stop! Stop!". I'm thinking there's a fire or something.. Nope, the worker says, "I put her $20 on this pump accidentally." I say, "Well I already swiped my card but I didn't pump anything, I I guess I could cancel and move if you can't change her $20 to the correct pump?" He says, "No! You owe her 20 dollars!" The lady, who understood what I'd said, was already moving her car. So I get in my car to back up and the guy starts banging on my window, "You owe her $20, don't leave!" I said, "I didn't pump any gas! My tank is still on E and I'm backing up to that pump.". Now the guy is yelling at me to come in and "look at my machines! You owe her $20!". Ok, now I'm pissed, I say "Look at my tank, it's on E, I didn't pump any gas you stupid a*** You go look at your machines because you clearly don't know how to operate them." At this point I should have left but I'm running late so I start pumping gas and this idiot goes inside, they lady apologizes to me as she's finishing her $20. The idiot obviously realizes he was completely wrong but does he apologize for his mistakes and then accusing a paying customer of stealing? No he decides to mean mug me through the window until I finish filling up and still mean mugs me as I'm pulling out. Never going back.

I always use the BP Service on 10300 S. Western on yesterday I paid for gas, got a lottery tkt and left the station without pumping gas. 5 hrs later I realized what happened, called. the station they politely said "your receipt is here, we noticed you paid & didn't pump gas & left the station". I give them a 5 star rating. Josephine Caldwell
