Every time I come in here, the employees look like they wanna fight you. They just stand there not even a hello they look like they’re unhappy that they have to work there very unfriendly. This is the last time I go there went there twice and that is it.

I get gas at this station almost every day. I bought some tools there, but they were defective when I opened them. When I tried to return them, the manager said I couldn't because they'd been opened. Since the product was broken, I'm going to do a chargeback.

This place is ugly. Younger woman was incredibly rude. It’s okay to be arrogant if you are incredibly good at what you do. The combination of arrogance and incompetence is disgusting.

I am the regular customer. Fuel my semi truck here at least 2 times a week. It’s always taken time because most of the time you need go inside for pre pay your diesel and come back after for receipt.
But today it went beyond all limits.
I went in, gave the company card to the manager and all the data and went to fill up the truck, then returned for the receipt. There was not a single cashier behind the counter, I waited 10 minutes. It's cold outside, the wind is icy, it's hot inside. Two cashiers and a manager are all in another room - wait. The cashier came and gave me the card and said that she couldn't print the receipt and I had to wait for the manager. The manager came and said that I need to put the second gun, after which he can print the receipt. I went to the truck, put the gun down and climbed into the truck to take off my jacket, as in the building, while I was waiting I sweated and can got sick for a short time. Next, I had to return for the receipt and was thinking of refueling again for DEF, which about I was asking manager before.
The manager ran to the truck with the cashier and the manager started shouting at me that I was trying to leave without paying. He shouted at me and began to accuse me unjustifiably, and I still had to work all day. He did not give me anything to say and accused and shouted. Now I have a headache and I feel bad. Please take measures to eliminate the incompetent, disrespectful, offensive behavior of your staff.
I was trying to call at your number 7089241553 which at the receipt but nobody pick up the phone.

CHECK HOW MANY GALLONS YOURE PAYING FOR !!!!! I let my car fill up and was at 15 gallons I have a 9 gallon gas tank it will never go over 9 told the cashier and she didn’t say anything nor did they shut the pump down

Went in Saturday because my two little girls wanted to use the bathroom. We bough a 2 dollar bag of vietners, a regular size bag of dinamitas and a takis stiks and two water bottles the cashier said 11.09, when i went to look at my bank statement this Monday she charged me $33.

Charged me $4.26 per gallon instead of $3.91 per gallon which is what I was expecting. The BPme app tells me I selected silver instead of regular gas. Threw away my $3 for something that isn't gonna make my car run better. I personally just use regular gas and never go for premium gas under any circumstances. Gas 'n' Wash is better.

My visit to this BP gas station left me with mixed feelings. On the plus side, the cashier was super chill and friendly, making the transaction hassle-free. However, I couldn't help but notice that the station itself was kind of messy. It could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness and organization. So, a 3-star rating seems fair.
