I went to the Gas Station and turned in my lottery ticket to a attendent and he kept $5.00 of my lottery winnings. And I have the receipt he replaced with another winning ticket number on it. Then another attendent came in and I tried showing him what happened and he became very aggressive with me calling me names and threatening me. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. I was pumping gas and taking out some trash from my truck (a folded cardboard box and a bag) I took the bag to the trash cans next to pumps and to not fill the small cans I took the folded box to the dumpster. The employee came out yelling that I could only use the ones near the pumps. I explained to him that I had just finished pumping gas and that I’m here at least every 2 days so Ive seen when they move the trash from the cans to the dumpster so what was the difference and that i could move the trash if he wanted me to. He kept yelling saying he didn’t care how many times I had been there before and how much I spend and said the dumpster are only for his trash. To not make the situation worse I got back in my vehicle and left. Will definitely not be back at this location.

Wait 20 minutes to open a pump. And no one could help. Lady in the front super busy but still when she had no people ask her for help and she went to ask another person to help me. We were 2 persons waiting for pump to be open. We both leave the place with out pumping. Frustrating

I spoke too soon and received the refund for the car wash, but I cannot return to this place unless I'm guaranteed that my car will come out clean next time.

I came here Saturday and forgot to make a review of this place. Essentially this is a truck and automobile stop that is off I55 in the Stickney area. The store is dirty and unsanitary. Shelves are under stocked. I refused to use their bathrooms. The line moves at a snails pace.

This used to be a decent gas station until they went back to 1980 and started charging different price for cash and credit. Thanks but no thanks, I can find other gas stations in the area that allow me the convenience of paying w/my credit card at the pump and not charging me extra to use credit card!

This car wash has the word "touchless" on the front of the car wash. I have a brand-new car and was told to only take it to a hand wash or a touchless carwash. I took it for its first wash at the BP on Central and 47th. I've actually been to the carwash several times with my old truck with no problem. We entered the car wash with no problem, but as we exited we heard a screeching of metal on metal. There were scratches all over my wheels and both of the driver side wheels had to be buffed and refinished. I paid for he repairs and have yet to hear back from them after 3 weeks. I will update this if I ever get a response! I entered the gas station and spoke with a very nice woman who said the manager, Jimmy, would call me and to leave my number. I called the management company and about two days later spoke to a man named Rich who also seemed very nice. He promised me his boss would get back to me and that they were really good about these things and that they would take care of it. It has been three weeks and I have not gotten a response. I have left 3 voicemails with no reply from them. It is irresponsible of this gas station to state that they are touchless but then have the ability to scrape and scratch wheels in such a fashion. I would not go to this car wash unless you have an older SUB and are willing to risk the car getting damaged. Oops, I forgot to mention that my car came out of the car wash dirtier than it went in!! And yes, u am positive the damage happened there and wasn't there when we entered!
