Lorenzo did a great job replacing my rear ac/heater control panel. It looked like a mess going in now the car looks good as new. Great customer service as well. I'll be back for any future work.

I can't say anything about their work. I was turned off during the estimate process. In the 5 minutes it took for them to look at the damage (very superficial...scuffs and a dented plastic bumber) the estimate went from $1,500 to $2,500. She said there may be electrical damage or damage to mechanical systems, as though I rear ended a semi truck! Other estimates came in between $800 and $1,200.

Have a seat and take a read before you enter the unknown: a) they tripled their estimate once they were clear that an insurance company was going to pay (from $1,600 to $4,750-whoa); b) Then Mr. Lovely Lorenzo, damaged my liftgate while taking apart my car to estimate (I had said from the start that I did not believe the liftgate needed repair, but it is the most expensive by far, to repair). I had to return and wait 2.5 hours for them to repair their damage, which they did nothing of the kind. The owner(?) then asked for the estimate about 10 times - I now realize it was because she wanted to destroy the evidence trail that my car was "estimated"/damaged. I then became furious, and got into the car and she literally blocked the driver door open so I could not close it, until I gave them the estimate (which I still have - by having to use my foot to kick both she, then Lorenzo, away from the door). But I also have a photo of the estimate. More ensued in my effort to leave the garage, with all hands on deck there to video me (they thought it was a crime to be angry?), causing me to visit the police station just to get their take on this situation. They will never repair their damage - I quote Lorenzo: "I don't know how." Welcome to a new low in customer service. An auto body shop makes money by hearing the customer (I wanted an estimate somewhere *between* $1,600 and $4,750), and then by admitting and fixing their damage/mistake, with apologies, and then they would have gotten the $1,700. in labor costs for my repair. But those ideas were beyond their capacity. I know you, reader, are intelligent, so you should find an auto body shop which is too. Such as Gerber, or Kredable, and probably so many more. P.S. Photos can't communicate the gap that Lorenzo created in the liftgate, which caused the liftgate to lose its integrity and clang when you close the door. A photo can't communicate that action or sound. Unfortunately I can't upload a video here.

Lorenzo and his team will take good care of your car. They fit me in on a Friday they were already busy because they knew I didn't want to miss work on Monday. I really appreciated that. These people work hard and deserve your business.

They did some phenomenal work on my cars bumper and mirror. Paintjob looks exactly like the original paint color of the car, got the car fixed up quickly and efficiently and the price was amazing. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took slightly longer than originally communicated. (Supposed to have been done in one day but it was finished the next day) so, still quick but not as quick as expected. Great work and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car repair.

Will quoted me a fair price to paint and reattach a large molding piece on the quarterpanel of my 1991 Cadillac Deville. His team took their time, did the job right for the exact price they quoted. They were very professional, considerate, and did an awesome job. My car looks brand new. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had several body work needed on my BMW 335i. I have been hesitant to have them all fixed because I already had a bad experience with someone trying to fix the car but totally duped me.

They fight for you, make you a good deal and charge you a good deal of money as well. They also help with your claims.
