I recently visited Brite New Mind Daycare to check out their operational systems, and I was thoroughly impressed! The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, with clear attention to detail in every aspect of the daily routine. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about caring for children, which immediately put me at ease. I was particularly impressed by the structured yet nurturing approach they use, ensuring each child feels safe and engaged. The curriculum is thoughtfully planned and provides a wonderful mix of learning, play, and creativity. If you're looking for a daycare in Chicago that prioritizes both safety and growth for young minds, I highly recommend Brite New Mind Daycare!

I love the staff here at Brite New Minds. My family and I have always been greeted with the upmost professionalism and enthusiasm!! My son started walking at 10 months and he’s picking up on a ton of cues. So grateful for the staff here at BNM♥️

This daycare is not a 5 star daycare both my kids went there and I always had a problem with a teacher. Rockie is rude and never want to listen to the parents, you can never get in touch with the owner Ms.Johnson and she don’t even listen to you. I took my kids out this place is rude and they messy they talk about you and your child to everyone. And they don’t take autistic kid, they turned both of my sisters kids away and told they to find another place. And they use your baby milk and pampers on each other kids.

My child has been attending this daycare since May2023 and love brite new minds so much . The staff is very diligent , kind and attentive to myself and my son who attends the center. He comes home almost everyday with something new rather it be a new skill , bettering of speech , new words , self made art or even nursery songs . My child is super comfortable with the staff and never cries when going into school and is always excited to start his day . I can definitely say school is something my child looks forward to everyday . The establishment is also very clean . My child is never sick or dirty while at school and they have daily protocols us parents have to abide by to insure safety not only for the children but visitors and staff .

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointing staff and disrespectful as well. Talks about the children and parents to other parents and ask parents to donate things only to throw them in the trash. They don't do much with the children and gets upset when it's pointed out. That's probably the reason enrollment is down. Don't send your children here.

Our organization tried to donate and received terrible service. Supposedly the manager of the facility was even more rude, when speaking with her.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since October 2020. At first I was a little skeptical of putting my daughter into daycare because of the horror stories I’ve heard, but once I stepped foot into this establishment my mind was put at ease. The environment is very clean and kid friendly, the staff is very responsive and easy to work with. Since my daughter has been attending this daycare she’s been able to sing her abc’s , say her numbers and colors and also speak more clearly. I appreciate the effort that the staff puts towards teaching the children and doing activities and keeping the children safe my daughter is always in one piece when I come to pick her up.

Brite New Minds helps omit any stigma you hear about daycares, they are more nurturing to the children,as well as stern, my daughter is more interactive and extroverted since being there,she understands the new concepts and picking up grea people skills. Children have a designated day where they learn a 2nd language, they're teaching them obedience, along with independence, which is great to start instilling in young children. I love the learning environment.

This place is not a five star daycare I took my two boys out because they were coming home with bite marks and scratches on them just about every week. They are under staffed and unprofessional.the place didn’t look clean always smelled bad. I called recently for the tax forms first the lady told me it will come in the mail now last week talk to a guy he said give him til next Monday (today ) call this morning he answered told him who I was and what I was calling for and he hangs up in my face and now phone is goin straight to v-mail smdh.
